Maddy in the office put endless effort helping me solving my concerns about my account. She treated me with respect and courtesy. She showed me empathy. She reached above and beyond by making a following up call to ensure that I get all the responses in a timely manner.

Called to get instructions on a lost card and the app. Women who answered (“sally) was rude and didn’t answer questions, and abruptly hung up. Terrible customer service.

This place NEVER has enough coins. We have been in business with them for several years and I'll avoid this place at all costs. Made me wait for 30 minutes to tell me they can't give me any coins today. Your a bank?!

I understand everyone is short handed, and I have banked here for 20 years, but It seems nearly impossible to speak to the branch manager in person. I’ve been needing to resolve some issues and since 6/27/22 and it is now July 13th and I am still unable to get a live person that knows anything to help me. I wish we could count on a manager being there 8-5 M-F but I guess that’s not the case.

I happen to stop at this branch, Zions Bank South Jordan, because I was running errands and it was real close to where I was running them. I wish that I had not stopped here. I had close to $800 all cash deposit. I found out that they no longer use deposit slips which made me uneasy because of the cash I had - how do you prove that you're handing money over, the amount and the account number (I used the drive through) if you don't have a deposit slip? The teller took a minute and located a "savings" deposit slip; however, because I wanted to place the money in my checking, she asked me to just scratch "savings" out and write "checking," which I did. She took about 15 minutes to physically count the money stating that the money counting machines doesn't count older bills. I probably had four or five older bills. I did receive a deposit slip; however, three days later and I still don't see the money in my account. I thought that cash is supposed to clear right away. I called customer service this morning. Thankfully she found the deposit slip on her system, but the cash is no where to be found - it's missing! All the customer service person can do is email the branch and hope that they can find it. In the meanwhile, if I were a person that didn't have money in the account, I'd be stuck waiting for my cash to show up or be found. This is ridiculous. Now I see why this branch has so many negative reviews. I warn you, do not visit this branch!

The female teller with dirty blonde curly hair.... tall... rather masculine... should be fired. She displays the worst customer service that’s ever been seen. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, inconsiderate and unintelligent. Zions Bank is probably the worst bank across the United States. Hoping they’re out of business soon.

Would not cash a check using two forms of ID, not familiar with laws and unable to find answer to solve problems … Any other bank accepts 2 forms, they would not. Only cash if check was under 200!! Four bankers standing there 5 min before I was helped. I was the only person in the lobby. Not knowledgeable, and no manager available… This is the poor service that we receive now! I think everyone has forgotten what customer service is!!!

My employer banks here so I'm forced to use their drive thru. But it is the slowest drive thru I have ever had to endure. It's painfully slow. Hate it.

They wouldn't convert foreign money unless I was Currently a customer. I went out to my car opened a free checking account on my phone with no money went back in and change the money. Super inconvenient but it shows them. I have no intentions of using the stupid account

I just had the WORST experience with the Branch Manager - Kirby Trumbo of this location. I have been banking with Zions Bank for years now and I have NEVER been spoken to the way that Kirby just spoke to me. Customer service is clearly not his forte. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STOPING AT THIS BRANCH LOCATION.

Currently sitting here at the South Jordan location. 45 minutes and counting waiting for a banker to talk to us. The woman we’re waiting on seems to be having a nice visit with an old friend vs. doing her job. So frustrating. We’d go to another location if we thought it would help but the added time for travel would probably not make this situation any better. I can see why they have so many bad reviews. Would not recommend this location. I wish there was an option for negative stars.
