We needed copies of a few pictures in a hurry for Christmas cards. After ordering dinner at IHOP my wife uploaded several pics to the Walgreens app and the we ate dinner.Shortly after our meal, she got a text from Walgreen's advising us the one hundred copies she had ordered was ready. A short drive later and we stopped in Walgreen's to find all our copies were indeed ready.The copies came out great and the cost was very reasonable. If you need quality photos copied in hurry, Walgreens is definitely the place to go. We were very impressed by the fast, courteous service. I give them my top rating of five stars.

I used to go to this location on a weekly basis. Mostly because it’s closest to my house and because the staff usually treated me very nicely. That is until one night I was struggling with a flu needed medicine, soup and diapers. I knew I was arriving 5 minutes until 10 PM closing and so I ran through the store to ensure I wouldn’t keep them past closing. I was grabbing my last item of 3 when the manager (I believe, to my dismay) with purple hair. Rudely said “ you do know we’ve been closed for 5 minutes. You need to stop shopping and leave” I stated that it was 9:57 and that I thought her customer service was terrible. She proceeded to yell at me across the store about how she takes closing on time seriously for safety reasons, which I would understand but her attitude towards me was horrendous to be honest. I was calling Walgreens customer service in my car to explain what happened. Her and co-workers locked the door at 10:01 and the lady with the purple hair proceeded to yell at me very aggressively. I’ve now called the customer service line twice and they were supposed to call back and still haven’t. I have to now drive 10 extra minutes to go to another Walgreens. Because I’d rather not go in and be harassed by her. Reading through the comments I’m sure she is the manager most keep speaking of. To her higher ups… you will keep losing loyal customers if you keep this maniac employed at your store. Very dissatisfied and honestly flabbergasted that she is able to get away with her horrible treatment towards guests.

I was employed at this Walgreens location (10429 S Redwood Rd) for a very short amount of time. Roughly a few months. This was THE MOST terrible place I have ever worked at in my entire life. The management is disrespectful, disgustingly unprofessional and extremely immature. Just the management alone spreads lies and gossips about every one of their employee's. There is so much harassment and bullying being passed around it is almost unbelievable and totally mind blowing. I have never been in such a toxic work environment. The employee's AND management are disgusting not only to everyone who works here but to almost every single customer that asks for assistance with something. I've witnessed customers being yelled at, things tossed towards them, attitude thrown and it was very hard to watch almost everyday. I've seen the shift lead Jenny make 3 of my coworkers cry on multiple occasions because of how she speaks about/towards them. There has been unspeakable things written on walls in the building to where only employees could see, targeting certain people with foul words and names. It's happened multiple different times and it has gotten out of hand. I'm glad I was able to find a healthy work environment and leave this emotional mess of a place. I feel sorry for everyone who has to continue going through that. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

My one star means nothing to no one, I’m sure, but good hell. Close this store already. I made a special trip here to get something I needed. The register thing wouldn’t work. Wouldn’t read any card I used. Tried all of em. I obviously have 8 whole dollars in all of my many accounts. Attendant said it was the third time that day that wouldn’t work for someone. So I just had to give up and leave I guess. No effort to change registers or anything. Just like “welp, sucks to be you, bye”.I don’t expect much out of Walgreens on general but seems like no one wants to work anymore. A simple check out process is hard I guess. No wonder everyone in Cali just walks in these places and takes what they want without paying. The store won’t even let you if you try!

I love this Walgreens!! They are fast and friendly!! And Krystal is my absolute favorite!!! I always hope she is there when I pull to the drive thru!! She remembers my name and asks how I’m doing and my dog Wallice loves her to and the treats haha! I just can’t say enough good things about Krystal!! ?

Sign on the door said they close at 10pm and we came around 9pm to the doors not opening and employees just staring at us. Checked google and it also said they close at 10pm. Went back to the car and the employees just left the building and drove away? Super confused.I call the store and the machine repeats their hours, confirming they don’t close until 10pm but nobody answers the phone. I saw three other people attempt to get in before I left! Super weird

Therapists are decent but their administration staff are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Most of the admin staff have been employed there for the past 5+ years and I feel as though they’ve only become worse throughout their tenure. Whether it’s been to reschedule an appointment, update insurance info, or even just getting an updated script due to medication shortages causing existing scripts to expire, the admin staff come off as very entitled and almost always act as if you [the patient] are inconveniencing them. Any push back or requests for clarification are usually met with confrontation and/or passive aggressive remarks. If you are looking for an organization that is patient-centric I wouldn’t recommend them. It’s sad and I feel really bad for the patients under their care that are in more urgent therapeutic support. Makes complete sense why their rating is only 2 stars.

Friendly and great staff. Very helpful. I witnessed an altercation between a very angry customer and the manager. The manager apologized to me after the customer left and even offered to refund my photo order purchase for the inconvenience of this out of control customer. Very considerate of the staff. Definitely recommend this walgreens

Wish I could give a 0! Everyone here is disgusting. Even the manager. I ordered online a face cream for pick up. Seconds later I get an out of stock cancelled. I also was picking up some photo cards. I went in and right as I walk in is a ton of the face cream. I went to the photo counter and she said, "there's no other staff out here they are lazy and are in the back". Then she asked me if I wanted to cut the photos out myself and showed me the cutter and my cards. I said no that's photos job I don't want to mess that up. She said then you will have to wait for someone to come and do them. I told her I would come back the next day. Next day the manager was there and immediately gave me attitude. I said, "HI I had a pick up yesterday and they weren't done I said I would come today are they done? " and this other lady started having attitude, well we are short staffed and I don't have time. Never once did I have an attitude. I said I understand that's why I gave it a day. Then she said this is the best I can do. And the pictures were cut wrong! They were cut off. I explained and she said yeah okay I can't do anything. I said okay you know what, you have an attitude and that's not okay, I'm trying to be nice. Anyways walked out called corporate and she said they would refund me and a manager would call. 4 weeks later NOTHING. I called back to follow up and she said the manager closed the case as called and left message. Never once did I get a message. Then she said they would call me again. Still nothing! I will never give this place my business

Always check your receiptThey double and triple charge you ALL. THE. TIMEBEWARE YELLOW TAGS. you will be charged the two for price for each item and they give you the hardest time to get refunded. It's a racket and waste of time. Go elsewhwre... whatever you do. I'm I'm moving my prescriptions because it's such a joke.

Suffering from stomach pain, I went here to get two OTC medicines. The checkout staff who was upset with another customer who she thought as a child kidnapper (which could be true) called for another staff to stop him or take a picture of his license plate. I had some problems in paying with my FSA card but had to have her scan it twice before falling to credit card. At this time, she was angry and yelled at me stating that she is trying to stop a child kidnapper and I am arguing on price change and trying various card all the while standing at the checkout desk with myself as the only customer. She said if the other purported kidnapper gets away it is due to my fault. Seriously??!! I emphasize with her and she must probably have legitimate reasons but she should have called the police. What’s the point of monitoring your store with cameras if you can’t take a picture of the assumed criminal. Almost in unbearable pain, I didn’t say anything but just collected my OTC medicine after paying and walked away. Walgreens - your staff needs help. Do something

I had a prescription filled at this pharmacy but they never have a pharmacist there so I can pick it up, when you try to call they just hang up on you. I will never use them again for anything!

Employees are incredibly rude, especially in the pharmacy. Screw this place and their attitudes.You will also stand around forever because instead of helping who is there, they act like they don’t see you.Also, if you need a covid test with actual results instead of “inconclusive” do not come here. It’s like this place just wants to continue to get free money from the government and instead of saying no, they try to make more money…This place is terrible.
