I’m as honest as there is, so hopefully this review helps someone before coming in to this particular store. First off…It is not an official Verizon store. They are an authorized Verizon dealer, yes, but because so..they charge other fees, such as a “set up and go” fee. My experience was that I was charged this $25 charge, but was told it was an activation fee. I’m used to those, so gave my credit card with no question. The employee then simply called Verizon customer service, added a line on my existing account as requested, and I was sent on my way. No watch set up, data syncing, family member adding to existing account, by the way.I then received my next months bill and noticed an activation fee of $35 was charged. I thought this was clearly an error since I already paid a “$25 activation fee” in the store, right? Well..upon further investigation, hrs on the phone with Verizon customer service, who had no record of the $25 payment I paid, I found that the $25 charges were what’s called a “set up and go” fee.So…long long story short, I’ll end up eating the $25. I can live without it, but wanted to at least take additional time to help someone else out.Just beware with this store, as their employees will tell you one thing, even though absolutely false, to avoid me asking and saying…”oh…I can call customer service myself to add a line for $0”.But instead, I spent hrs on the phone with Verizon, even drove all the way back to the store to confront the situation. After all of that…did I get the $25 refunded or credited on my next bill? Nope. 2 years client at over $200 / month to Verizon, and I can’t get $25 back from a Verizon employee lying to me.So…as I’m sure anyone would agree…unfortunately…based on principle, it’s time to take my business elsewhere.Best of luck to who ever is reading this. Apparently…you have to make sure every fee is explained and then confirmed by their manager, then google it to confirm their story as well. My next guess is, a rep from Verizon may read this whole thing and simply reply…”we are sorry for the inconvenience Shawn, we will be happy to assist you. If you could please call customer service, we will see what can be done” or something to that effect.

Had an appointment and nobody responded as I walked in. I told them we had an appointment in which they responded they’d be right with us. We sat for 20 minutes as both salesman has conversations with other customers unrelated to their services.I asked how much longer and the response was 5 minutes only to continue to hear unnecessary conversation!! As we left not one person said a word !! The most frustrating experience! So tired of Verizon having customers wait while they try to upscale their service s!!!

Store forced me to buy $350 of accessories in order to upgrade my phone. They said it was mandatory and I could not leave the store without accessories. Messed up my trade in and now I’m thinking they did it on purpose because now that it’s past the 30 days (their fault not mine. I went every week to try to give them back their phone) now they can magically take my old phones but wouldn’t honor the trade in offer I locked in because of the 30 day policy. Will never go back to this location.

Wow, what great customer service at the Verizon store at the District in Daybreak . Juan the store manager was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Juan had a line of customers waiting but he was kind and attentive to each one. Such great customer service, Juan. Thank you for a great experience

My wife recently decided that her Ipad needed a new water treatment, and such it decided not to work anymore. Juan was very helpful to get a new Ipad ordered, and we even decided to upgrade our phones at the same time. Even though he was commonly by himself, he was able to dual task and help a few customers all at once. Cheers.

Alaric went above and beyond. He stayed 30 minutes past close to get my friend a phone before his hunt. He was personable, nice, and extremely professional the entire time. Alaric is a good dude!

I was nervous and embarrassed to bring my phone in to see if someone could help me get it working properly. I noticed how kind Alaric was helping the gentleman before me so I was no longer feeling embarrassed or nervous to ask for his help. Alaric took the time to clean up my phone, organize my apps and teach me a few tricks to use it more efficiently all with a smile on his face! I was in the service business for over 50 years and pay attention to how I am treated. Alaric was the best I have ever dealt with. He is one of a kind for sure and deserves a raise! An asset to your company!

Bad experience today at this Verizon store. Just wanted to upgrade an iPhone. Was told I needed to buy $350.00 in accessories I didn’t need in order to purchase the phone. Went straight to the Apple Store at fashion place and bought a new phone without having to buy any accessories. Will never go back.

I had to go to this particular Verizon store twice this week. The sales representative, Alaric, was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was by far the best experience I have had at a phone store.
