My experience in the store was wonderful
I felt human quality on the part of the girl who helped me. I am 7 months pregnant and he helped me without thinking twice to put in the box I was going to send. His kindness, his smile all the time, I 100% recommend UPS located in Daybreak South Jordan Utah 84009

I went to drop off an amazon return today and after discovering that i read the return email wrong and thought i wouldn’t be able to fulfill Ty was super helpful and i was able to get my order returned. thanks for great customer service!!

I don’t do a lot of Amazon returns because I am typically happy with what I get. I have returned things to this UPS store and one other in the past. The kiosk and counter were both options previously, which is nice when there are a lot of people needing to do returns. I went today and when I walked in there was one person at the kiosk with a bunch of items and two other people waiting in line behind them. There were 3 employees at the counter. I made eye contact with one and she asked if I had an Amazon return. I said yes, and she told me I had to use the kiosk. Well of course while I was waiting more people came. I had 5 small items, but didn’t want the people behind me to have to wait for that long process so I let them go ahead of me. Then I started scanning and 4 more people came in. Everyone in that line was super frustrated. I do not understand why the employees at the counter can no longer scan Amazon returns(that’s what they told us). Super frustrating!

Recently came in with a large print job but the store wasn’t able to do it because there was multiple pictures(10) and i needed 10 copies of each on cardstock. they said they have to save everything in USB drive in order to print it.
Is it normal to have to save everything to a USB drive and then plug it into a printer in order to print?

I was 2 minutes late and had three very important packages due today and the kids working at the store wouldn’t even consider waiting 2 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!!!
