Dropped my car off to get my car worked on, they took three days to call me back, and when they did call me back, they told me that they didn’t want to change my spark plugs or my coil packs and that they didn’t want to work on it because they were too busy. If they don’t want to work on engines, why are they still in business?I had to tow my car somewhere else extremely inconvenient don’t go

I'm visiting from out of state for a baseball tournament with my kids and the morning of a game I couldn't start my car. Turns out I had a bad alternator. After finding a couple of mechanics that turned me down I went to Tunex. They were able to replace my alternator and battery the same day. Randy was slammed, but he took me in and fixed it so I could drive home a couple of days later. He was honest and upfront about costs and I know I could have been charged more somewhere else. I can't say thank you enough.
