I was frustrated by an experience with t-mobile today. I kept getting transferred to different departments and finally decided to call our local store to see if they could help out. It seems that t-mobile gives their stores zero capability of taking care of their customers. I will not call out an employee specifically because I think that’s wrong in this setting, but even if he wanted to help, which he didn’t seem like it, he claimed his hands were tied. It’s just really frustrating to have a local store mess up and then they can’t even solve the problem conveniently.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I went 1 and 2 days before Christmas when it was pretty busy, and the customer service was still wonderful. Every single employee there was absolutely top tier... Helping and greeting everyone in a friendly and professional, timely manner. I had 3 phones I needed assistance with, and ended up leaving with a nice new one for myself, as well as a free additional line and home Internet router... No money down. I love T-Mobile and have been with them for over a decade. They always have great deals and service, and this location has wonderful employees that know what they are doing, are quick and friendly, too!??

Preferable to the location at Jordan Landing. Less traffic. Was able to get in and out with a new iPhone that was in stock in under 45 minutes. Service was great.

Worst customer service experience ever. I walked in. They were busy. But after standing around in the doorway for 15 min... I did not receive one "hello" or "I'll be right with you." I left.

The people in this store as specifically were so dry, boring and slow. The guy that was helping us disappeared for so long someone else had to finish us up.

Been a T-Mobile customer for years but got totally ripped off at this store when I traded in a phone. I was told they were trading it straight across for another phone then got billed for it and they added on insurance that I never asked for. They also told me I could try out their internet free for 10 days and I returned it 7 days later because it was a lot slower and of course they billed me for it.Why can't people just be honest.

For me it is super important to always have someone who speaks Spanish, a few days ago I went to T-Mobile and Jonathan Diaz helped me. It's incredible how he helped me and solved my problem, plus he helped me in Spanish. without a doubt excellent service!

We just switched from Comcast mobile for better customer service and more knowledgeable staffers. I'm having trouble with my Galaxy 21 but Tmobike says, "get an IPhone. They know NOTHING about my phone. Disappointing. At least they are friendly, unlike Comcast.

Awful service, 3 T-Mobile representatives where there, they were all busy with customers (which is fine and understandable) what wasn't was the fact that no one greeted us or tell us how long our wait would be, which is crazy because when we walked in we made eye contact with 2 representatives. We walked around the store twice looking at items on display SLOWLY, still no one said anything. After 10 minutes of walking around and waiting to be greeted or informed of how long our wait was we decided to leave.

My wife had problems with her phone not responding to button pushes. We thought that the buttons were bad. Our tech (sales rep) immediately took it out of the case and found that the buttons did work fine. So, we didn't need a new phone but a new case.
