We have used Sweet William for 4 weddings now. Stunning! Beautiful! Amazing! Elegant! These are just a few of the words I would use to describe their work. They literally took every wish my daughter had into consideration and delivered a completely lovely decorated venue this is memorable and perfect for our evening. I'm sad that I have not reviewed them before. I hope this will make up for a delinquent review. All 4 of my daughters have loved their work and I am 100% confident that you will too if you are looking for a florist for any occasion, especially a wedding. THANK YOU SWEET WILLIAM for a sublime and wedding reception venue!

The flowers were even better than the picture I saw on the site. Also, they were super great about getting the flowers delivered in the timeframe that I needed. Thank you for helping me make my daughter’s birthday extra special!

On the one hand their work if fine, expensive but ok. On the other hand, after giving them plenty of notice, their earliest delivery turned out to be over 6 hours late in the day. I even paid more money to get the delivery first thing in the morning. Thanks Sunshine for my wife getting the flowers on the following day. Do not recommend.

I had placed an order with an large online company and paid extra for a specific delivery date. The night before it was to be delivered I received a phone call that they would not deliver my order till a week later. After numerous phone calls and not being able to speak with a supervisor I was told they were going to just cancel my order. I was panicked. Went searching online and found Sweet William Floral & Design. Called and actually got to speak with someone. She was so nice and understanding of my situation. She told me, " Don't worry we will take care of you" and boy did they. They put together a beautiful bouquet and balloons and actually had it delivered the next morning. The customer service Sweet William provided is incredible. They took away my stress and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them!

They are extremely kind and generous people! The flowers are very fresh, stunning, and a great variety! You can’t go wrong with Sunshine Creation. Notice: they are now located next to Baskin Robbins near Cinemark 9 in Sandy, just 10 minutes away from this address!

I ordered Flowers for my mother's birthday and even paid an upcharge for the "deluxe" bouquet. I was very disappointed In the result. The original bouquet on the website was vertical and elegant. It contained red and white roses, mums, gladiolas and a number of other flowers. When the bouquet was received it was not vertical and elegant in design but just a giant ball with no white roses and no gladiolus. I understand sometimes substitutions are necessary but white roses usually aren't that hard to find. It seemed to me they took away the expensive flowers and substitute a cheap ones. I'd like to update my review --after my original submission, the owner of the store reached out directly to me and worked with me to make things right! They sent a new/replacement bouquet to my mother for Mother's Day and it was beautiful. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but I respect a company that turns a negative into a positive! I would definitely go back to Sweet William for future floral needs.

NOTE: This review is from Chad's wife but we share the same email account. I rarely if ever write reviews, but given the cost to send florals and the fact they are often sent for special occasions, I felt it important to share my past two experiences with Sunshine Creation Floral. First, I must premise this review that I have been using Sunshine Creation Floral for over 10-years from a recommendation I received from a former co-worker at my previous employer. I was so impressed with my experience, I would never even consider using any other local florist and I often recommended Sunshine Creation Floral to anyone inquiring of a good florist. Cindy and her staff in South Jordan always provided me with the best products and customer service. They always went above and beyond to meet my expectations--without fail. Cindy, her staff and I would discuss the arrangements beforehand. Often times they would ask what my budget was and work from there. Even if my budget was smaller in scale ($65-$75) I would receive a beautiful arrangement and I never felt the quality was sacrificed. Furthermore, I always received a text message with a photo of the floral arrangement prior to it being sent out for delivery, so that if needed I could make adjustments to ensure I was satisfied and I knew in advance it was perfect for the recipient. Second, last February 2021 (~1.0 year into the Covid pandemic), I had to send sympathy flowers to my brother-in-law (and sister) for the passing of their mother. This was the first time I had experienced a decline in the customer service from Sunshine Creation Floral. When I called to place an order to send flowers for the funeral, I was told they could not fulfill my order because it was too close to Valentine's Day and they were too busy and could not accept additional orders until after the holiday. I shook it off as a one-time bad experience and accepted their explanation, as I know Valentine's Day is rated as one of the busiest days in the floral industry. It was difficult for me to personally accept that a commercial holiday trumped a funeral, but that is my personal opinion and I could not fault Sunshine Creation Floral, which brings me to this review now. With all that said, I sent flowers to a co-worker in early March 2022 on behalf of my company/our division. The flowers were sympathy flowers for the unexpected passing of my colleagues' brother. When I called to speak with Cindy or a member of her staff, I learned they were no longer there and that even the location of the shop was no longer in South Jordan, UT but now in Sandy, UT. It appeared from my conversation, that the business had been sold. But given I only had one poor experience with Sunshine Creation Floral in 10 years, I assumed that the new owners would continue with the excellent products and services I came to expect and received. While the customer service I received on the phone was a positive experience, I was extremely disappointed with the end product delivered to my co-worker. I didn't get the opportunity beforehand (like I had come to expect from my previous orders) to preview the final arrangement and discuss adjustments if needed. As such, the end product didn't resemble what I envisioned from the website stock photo I selected. Yes, my co-worker did receive white lilies as I selected, but none of them were opened upon the initial delivery, the purple accent flowers looked brown and my colleague advised the purple accent flowers never bloomed. Furthermore, the vase I envisioned from the online picture was taller which better complimented the flowers. The vase used was not flattering at all to the arrangement and made it look sad and droopy (which is not the experience I wanted for my colleague given the nature/purpose for sending the arrangement in the first place). I understand not all flowers are in bloom upon delivery, but there was nothing in bloom, warm or inviting about the arrangement sent. I am sadly disappointed by the past two experiences I&

My wife was the recipient of a bouquet of flowers from Sunshine Creation. They were cheerful and fresh-topped off with a happy balloon. The arrangement was made in a shallow vase, so the stems were pushed into floral styrofoam, which held them in place nicely, but cut back on the life of the flowers, I think. But they were beautiful and brought a smile to her face.

Sunshine Creation was incredibly easy to order from and the team was more than kind. We had a family member pass away, the Sunshine team definitely put extra love into the bouquet and put in her favorite color throughout. Thank you so much for putting something so gorgeous together in such a dark time and being so kind while I was hysterically crying on the phone.

Whenever there is a special occasion when I want the flower arrangement to wow, Sweet William Floral & Design is my go to place. They have never disappointed. They do a great job with a budget and some direction of what you would like. Highly recommend.

I sent an email request Monday morning for a same day delivery. I am so glad I did! Jessica created the most beautiful arrangement! It was delivered as an "I Love You" to my daughter just a couple of hours later! Jessica must have ESP as she used flowers that are my daughters favorites, along with Sunflowers, one of my favorites! Thank you Sunshine Creation Floral for creating a special arrangement that brightened her day!
