Bought a safe and received it in a box that looks like it was dug out of the trash. Gun counter clerk was unfriendly and when helping put the safe into my car after scraping the bottom of it all over the ground (box had no bottom), he shoved the box in while my head was in the way, slamming it into the back of my neck. He showed zero remorse and said nothing as he walked back inside. Unreal. Safe yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Gun counter is the worst. Waited over 10 min for 2 people standing around to finally have the customer service to ask if we needed help. Then they remove prices from the labeled and raise prices after I tried to buy. Then after I confirm price is cheaper at scheels they said it's not. Terrible customer service and just flat out dishonest.Worst of all, is one of these 2 people was a manager. This guy has been been an issue for years and I know multiple people that have had issues with him being disrespectful and dishonest. Terrible experience and they have loss me and my friends family's business. Sad thing trying to support the little guy and they have to treat customer so badly.

The Kid at the gun counter, couldn't have been more rude! This guy shouldn't be in customer service. You just lost a customer!

I love most sportsmen stores, but I really wanted to buy an ice ager for an upcoming fishing derby on February 17th and 18th, and Sportsman's Warehouse gave me a credit card to purchase one. Thank you.

Purely based on the employees at this location. Major mental health issues going on here. Cursed, threatened, attempted to intimidate me as I spoke to the manager. Not cool when you’re selling firearms. Scary interaction

Got an email for 10% off over $100 purchase coupon. At checkout found out it's online only. I read the fine print and still haven't found where it says "online only". I did like their selection of hunting gear and gun accessories.

Go to Cabelas instead if you want any customers service. I have been a loyal customer of the Midvale store for 15 years. I fish, shoot and shed hunt. I spent thousands every year.Today I had enough. I went to the fishing department to watch three of their staff stand around and talk to each other, and when I approach them to get some line, they all scattered. I had to follow them down the aisle to get their attention. The gentleman that I spoke to told me that they had the backing and that they could put it on an empty spool or something for me. But then he went and told another person to help me. I went back to the shop and waited after a few minutes a gentleman with glasses came didn’t say anything looked around for a little bit then turned to me and said I can’t do it. I don’t have any spool. I could put it around my hand, but it did get tied in knots. Then he just walked away.I feel like I work so hard for the money and it just doesn’t go very far anymore. I shouldn’t be treated like I’m an inconvenience. Without the customers how are they going to pay paychecks? The person in front of me paid $1400 for a 300 pound safe. To find out no one was willing to help him load it into the back of his truck. This also is an about the safe or even it not being able to be loaded. It was about the response when the customer asked for help. Just like me the staff didn’t know how to properly respond to a question that put them out of their safe zone.I looked aroproperly respond to a question that put them out of there safe zone.I looked around the store. It’s basically empty of customers. I know I could go to Cabela’s and be treated like I’m an important part of their business. The service is there has been going down for years, but it is now absolutely pathetic. There are still a few old-timers there. If you’re lucky to get them without a doubt they’ll take care of you. There were not any of those there unfortunately today.
