The price of this car wash is impressive, the guys in the tunnel really prepare your car and then the guys outside dry your car and shine your tires! I loved it.

Every time I go to this place I feel welcome. I enter the tunnel and the guys and even the manager clean my rims. They are very perfectionists and friendly! I love it!

This place needs new management, they have no idea how to treat their employees! A manager was caught pulling stuff out of the garbage and replacing it in areas around the facility then getting after the employees under him for not cleaning up. When all the while he was trying to set them up! Wow! What a loser.

My wife took her car to get detailed here after she went to the gym. She takes her wedding ring off at the gym and left it in the car, which was a very bad move in hindsight. Anyways, someone stole it. We realized as soon as she got home and we went back and reported it to the manager. They said they checked the cameras and they "Could not see anything" so they did nothing. Do not leave anything valuable in your car here or they will steal it. Karma is real. Have fun with that!

Poor customer service. First of all, it took two months for them to cancel my plan. I canceled my billing on the last day of my cycle in April, but per them my autopay already went through and can not refund, and their customer service phone lines is terrible. The next time I tried to cancel, it was two weeks before my next billing date in April. And suppose to end may 15.
Since my plan was canceled last month, I went to get my final wash this morning, but he refused to let me get it. According to him, my plan was canceled this morning, so he couldn't allow me to get it.

You need to be more explicit if one of your locations doesn’t provide all of your services. If your South Jordan location doesn’t provide detailing, it should be clear in your website.
