Hi. I have been bringing my family here for years under Dr Hardy. The place has changed hands and whoever is running it now doesn’t seem to care. I called for an appointment for my daughter whose prescription has badly changed and she needs an update. I was told “sorry we don’t have anything through the end of the year. Call next year.” And they hung up. So, God speed. Didn’t ask who I was or if we were established patients or anything. So I’m going to try someone new. Goodbye Dr Hardy and Sabrina the wonderful optician- thanks for the years of quality service.

Dr. Hardy and his staff are caring and professional. There was an issue with the lenses in my new eyewear. I was able to get in quickly to see the doctor. He looked over the results of all my tests and my exams, then stated, “ I’m so sorry. You are right. We will fix those right away.” His apology went a long way to make this right. Everyone makes mistakes; that’s one way of learning. An apology helps me when I have to get a mistake corrected. I really appreciate that he apologized to me. He said he could see exactly what I was talking about, then he set about getting them fixed. I felt heard and seen and valued as a patient. The staff was very supportive. Plus they all wanted to know if I could do without my lenses for the time it took to fix them. He offered to to do it himself even, but thought sending them back would be the best plan. That’s what we did. If I get a link I will do a follow-up review. I give South Valley Eye Care five stars, not because they are perfect, but because they were so concerned that my eyewear be just exactly right and they did it in a human-to-human way. Thanks!

I've been to many optometrists in town and Dr. Hardy is the best of the best. Also, his staffs are very friendly and know what they're doing. Always have the best experience in every visit.

They were so amazing at getting me in last minute & helping me find the perfect frames. They were very reasonable with their prices! I’m very excited to try my new glasses!

Dr. Hardy uses state of the art technology. He definitely knows what he is doing. He is very professional. He gave me options and made it clear what was covered by my insurance. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Hardy and his staff at South Valley Eyecare are always friendly and thorough with our service. My family and I have been with his practice for over 10 years. We will continue to see Dr. Hardy as long as he is there!

Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. Dr Hardy does a thorough exam snd gives you options of what you want to do, whether it is to keep current prescription since there is minimal change, or discuss if new glasses are needed. I definitely will keep going to him and have told family snd friends to go there as well

Everyone is super nice! I got a thorough eye checkup and also loved how advanced all the equipment is at this location. Dr. Hardy is friendly and easy to talk to about any eye concerns. Absolutely recommend.

I have been going here since I was a kid. Friendly staff and I love how quick and easy they make it. They take you back almost immediately after you get there instead of sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes like every other dr’s office. Hardy is great and has a lot of experience.
