We placed our order in June and were told we would have our order in 6 weeks. Here we are over five months later and still have not received our complete order. We have finished 2 tournaments and the entire fall season without a complete uniform. To make matters worse thiscompany is not doing anything to correct this issue! They don’t answer the phone or emails. No one who works in the store can offer any help. It’s truly mind blowing that they are in business. They have zero integrity as they are completely unwilling to compensate or refund for items that have not been received. Absolutely horrible business practices. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed for basically stealing money from customers and failing to deliver merchandise. Be warned- do not use this company. Not to mention- there is already some peeling on the one top we did receive. Unbelievable.

If I could give this 0 starts I would. We ordered our team uniforms 5 months ago, and still haven’t received 3 items. We are taking a $400 order. That is not chump change. That’s a huge investment that we were expecting an extremely high level of customer service and follow through from. Our season is over and those items are no good to me now. I have emailed, and then called multiple times and no one ever answered. I went in a few months ago at the start of our season when my son didn’t have any uniform to wear to his comp teams tournaments and games and asked where his uniforms were. They told me the phones were broken and they told me they had so many emails that they just were not responding to them anymore. I finally received a few items after desperately pleading that we were starting our season and my son needed something to wear. Our whole team started tournament games mismatched ? They told me the rest would follow shortly. It’s now been 5 months and I still haven’t gotten all our items and the season is over. I gave up on phone calls and emails and have been back to the store multiple times and have always been told that they are working on it. The last time I went in I asked for a refund on my $20 shipping that I paid when I ordered online when in fact zero things have been shipped to me. I had to drive 20 minutes each way multiple times I went in to the store to finally have someone give me even part of my order. I was told from the woman working that corporate asked her to tell everyone who paid for shipping tjag that we chose the shipping option and it’s not their fault we picked our items up in store instead of waiting until the end of eternity to have them shipped. Um… what?!! After weeks of pleading for my uniforms I had to beg to get my items in store and that’s somehow my fault?! And I was told I would not be reimbursed for any remaining items even though I don’t need them anymore. They aren’t willing to fix anything or compensate for the missing items. I had to remind the woman this last time I had three items missing and she said I only had two missing. It shows my backpack order was fulfilled but I never received it. I will never use this company again. I know it sounds harsh, but it feels like complete incompetence at all levels. I honestly don’t know what else to do other than to leave this review to warn other people. And this is not just me, our whole team is facing the same issue.

I waited three month almost four to get my sons uniform and still haven’t gotten them, I paid for shipping and they didn’t deliver it I asked for a refund but they didn’t refund me. Whenever I call them they say that can’t hear me and hang up but when my sister call them they answer. If there was any other way I would but this is are only option. My clothes didn’t even come all together I still haven’t gotten some jersey.

After weeks of delays and paying for shipping, the organization (ODP) had to pick up the uniforms and pass them out at practice. When I called to get the shipping fee refunded I was told that the company would not be refunding shipping, even though the product was never shipped. It seems to me that the company pocketed $13 each from 40 parents who ordered uniforms that the kids have been able to wear 3 times before the season ends. Pretty shady business policy. I will do whatever I can to steer clear of this company in the future.

We are just over 11 weeks from a uniform order. Was told over the phone to email and ask for a “rush” so he could go into tournaments with a kit, no response. On the phone later another employee told me that’s not a thing. Few weeks later was told they were processing ours that week and we’d know by that Thursday. That was 2 weeks ago. You pay a ridiculous amount (hundreds of dollars) for uniforms, and months and months to fulfill orders is ridiculous. Soccer Post cannot keep up with the volume of orders and they just say whatever on the phone and completely ignore emails.Edit to add: rec’d partial order at 4 months out but at 5 months gave up and disputed the rest via my CC since they never respond. My last Email bounced back so I assume they closed it? Take your uniform business elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times in regard to a uniform (season’s over soon and we still don’t have it) and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my email.

One hundred percent, 10/10 will NOT recommend Soccer Post. Their follow through and customer service is atrocious, to say the least. Unfortunately Soccer Post is the store that my child's soccer club chose to fulfill their uniform orders and I have had nothing but either radio silence or bull crap answers since I placed my order. Quick timeline of events: 6.9.23 Placed an order for the kit that I was told we have to have. 8.14.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.19.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.21.23 Called store and asked status and received some BS answer that someone from my club was at the warehouse today and they'd have them grab it and blah blah blah. 9.9.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 9.13.23 Received some blanket BS email from Soccer Post that another company went out of business and they're swamped with orders and they're going to get orders shipped out within the next week. Today is 10.23.23 and I have yet to see nor hear anything about my order that was placed almost 5 months ago. The fall season is also over, so what purpose to I "need" this uniform??

We ordered jerseys in July, it is now almost October. They don't answer their phone, they takes weeks to return emails. When I was told my jerseys were in house they had not printed them and when I told them I will wait he told me I would be waiting at least 2 hours because he would not stop what they were already working on. Terrible customer service, I certainly hope our club never uses this company again. I will also add that when I told him I was unhappy he said that our club should have never signed with them to begin with and they have no expectation of them using them again, this shows they do not value their customers at all.

We received incorrect size information from the store representative. The customer service experience has been extremely poor, with no response after multiple attempts – over 10 calls and more than 6 emails. Surprisingly, there is no available phone number for La Roca customer service, which has added to the frustration.

Don’t order your club uniforms here. Over promised and under delivered on timing, and now we have kids playing in tournaments with tryout shirts. 6 weeks after placing our order and the best anyone can tell us is that it’s still being processed and might be done in the next week or so.
