I have never been treated so poorly. Don’t fill prescriptions here if it’s a waitlist med that can be hard to get at times. They will literally make you call in every week to say you need it even though that’s implied? I asked for clarification on this process, and learned that yes, it basically is “first come, first serve” according to one technician. I called them out on their wording and phrasing from current and previous conversations that they are apathetic and full of stigma in regards to this specific medication and their response was literally “you’re not handcuffed to our pharmacy, feel free to go somewhere else.” The worst customer service and a complete lack of humanity. There are people behind these prescriptions. Zero stars and I’ll never fill a prescription here again.

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY THE PHARMACY TECHS THINK THEY KNOW MORE THAN YOUR DOCTOR'S, AND IN THEIR HIGHER THAN MIGHTY ATTITUDE IF THEY THINK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ARE TO HIGH OF MG. THEY WON'T FILL THEM. WE WERE GOING TO GO TO THEM AFTER OUR MOVE FOR CONVENIENCE BUT THEY WON'T FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS THERE, UNLESS I HAVE MY DOCTORS LOWER THE MG. I CAN BARLEY FUNCTION AS IT IS, THERE'S NO WAY I'M DOING THAT JUST TO MAKE A PHARMACY OR PHARMACY TECH HAPPY!!! MY DOSAGES ARE ALREADY LOW, AND THEY TREAT PATIENT'S LIKE THEIR ADDICTS!! I KNOW PEOPLE WHO TAKE 10 TIMES MORE THAN I DO! I HAVE A TOTAL OF 6 PRESCRIPTIONS 4 ARE FROM ONE DOCTOR AND 2 FROM THE OTHER. I HAVE DEGENERATE DISC DISEASE, SPINAL STENOSIS, SCIATICA, ARTHRITIS, NEUROPATHY, RIDICOPHATHY AND WHAT DISCS I GOT LEFT ARE BULGING ALL IN MY BACK AND NECK, STILL TRY TO GET INSURANCE TO APPROVE MY INJECTIONS FOR AN R.F.A. PROCEDURE THEY DENIED IT SAYING I DON'T HAVE THE RADIATING PAIN IN THE LEGS WHICH I DO, SO IT'S A LIE! PAIN AND NUMBNESS! I'M IN PAIN EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY! I ALSO HAVE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, MY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE LOW MG. AND EXTENDED RELEASE WHICH MEANS IT GOES IN THE SYSTEM SLOWLY, THEY BARELY HELP MY PAIN BUT IT MAKES IT SO I CAN FUNCTION! THE FIRST 4: ARE 2 PRESCRIPTIONS FOR PAIN, THEN 1: IS A RELAXER, LAST 1: FOR DEPRESSION, THEY ARE ALL VERY LOW MG. ET. FROM MY ONE DOCTOR THEN THE OTHER 2: PRESCRIPTIONS ARE FROM MY OTHER DOCTOR AND 1: IS MEANT TO COVER ALL SYMPTOMS ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND NERVE PAIN AGAIN LOW MG. AND THE LAST 1: IS TO HELP WITH MAJOR STRESS, ANXIETY AND SLEEP AGAIN THESE ARE ALL LOW MG. EXTENDED RELEASE BECAUSE I'M TAKING THE 6 PRESCRIPTIONS TOGETHER, BUT THIS LOCATION OF PHARMACY SEEMS TO THINK THEY KNOW BETTER THAN THE DOCTOR'S THAT WENT TO SCHOOL FOR IT! THE PHARMACY TECHS DON'T HAVE THAT SAME EDUCATION! AND HOW DARE THEY PASS JUDGEMENT LIKE THAT IN THEIR OPINION SAY THAT MY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE TOO HIGH OF MG! THEIR JOB IS TO FILL WHAT THE DOCTORS PRESCRIBE! WELL THIS LOCATION JUST LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR OPINION OF "WE DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH FILLING HER PRESCRIPTIONS" BUNCH OF B.S. I'M TIRED OF THIS OPIOIDEMIC AND TREATING PATIENT'S LIKE DRUGGIES, THE PATIENTS SUFFER BECAUSE THEY WANT US NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING THAT IS AT A STRENGTH THAT ACTUALLY HELPS, THEY WANT EVERYONE TO TAKE TYLENOL 3'S AND KILL THEIR LIVER, THEY DON'T LIKE FILLING ANY PRESCRIPTIONS THAT ARE OPIATE RELATED, THIS IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE GO TO THE STREETS BECAUSE PHARMACY'S WON'T FILL WHAT THE DOCTORS PRESCRIBED, OR THEY GO ONLINE AND ORDER KRATOM, I/ YOU READ STORIES ABOUT IT EVERYDAY! OR FOR SOME PATIENTS THEIR DOCTOR'S WON'T PRESCRIBE BECAUSE EVERYONE IS AFRAID THEIR GOING TO LOSE THEIR LICENSES, I DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS WITH PHARMACY'S, BUT THIS WAS JUST A CASE OF B.S. MY PRESCRIPTIONS STRENGTH IS WAY LOW COMPARED TO OTHERS, BUT THEY'RE LIKE "OH BUT ALL TOGETHER IT'S TOO HIGH, BUT THEY CAN'T EVEN DO THAT AS THEY ARE FOR DIFFERENT THINGS, AND THE 2 THAT ARE ACTUALLY TO TAKE THE EDGE OFF OF MY PAIN AREN'T EVEN THAT HIGH, I KNOW PEOPLE WHO EACH PILL IS 200 MG. I DON'T EVEN TAKE THAT MUCH IN A WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT! I'M SICK OF BEING TREATED LIKE I'M A BAD PERSON I DO ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS AS DIRECTED I DON'T ABUSE MY MEDS, I DO EVERYTHING I'M SUPPOSED TO, I'M A GOOD PATIENT AND BECAUSE OF THIS OPIOIDEMIC IN THIS COUNTRY I GET TREATED LIKE A ADDICT!! WELL THIS LOCATION JUST MISSED OUT ON THE MONEY I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY EXPECT TO MAKE MONEY WHEN THEY WON'T FILL PRESCRIPTIONS OR LET PATENTS CHANGE PHARMACY'S, IT'S THEIR JOB TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS (NOT TO QUESTION IT!!) IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE STOCK THAT'S ONE THING AND JUST SAY IT! SAY WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STOCK TO TAKE ON A NEW PATENT!! I called to ask about the standing of my prescription and Lance was very impatient and short with me even talking over me and so I didn’t even bother with the other question and just hung up. Too impatient to listen to my concern.

This Pharmacy has the worst service in the Valley, my Dr. from the dialysis center sent a prescription since October, due to time reasons the person who helps me pick up my medications came yesterday and they came out saying they didn't have it ready and they needed to call to the dialysis Cr tro. The truth is that Service is minus zero infinity.

I have been doing business at this pharmacy for at least 8 years. They always have been quick to help me, personable and accurate. They have helped my husband above and beyond. I don't understand the review that dinged them because they aren't open until 11 or the person who tried get through after they closed for lunch. Since Covid, their responsibilities have increased, and the time isn't their call. Anyway, think they are great.

I asked George if he could help me find something and he walked me over to where he thought the item would be. It wasn't there, so my husband and I just figured they didn't have them in and continued shopping. A few minutes later George came running up to us with it in his hand. He went out of his way to ask around and look for us, then came and found us. Thank you George you are the best!

Just a quick stop to get some bagels and hygienic products. I enjoy their fresh baked bagels, particularly the jalapeño, green chile and blueberry ones. Somedays I arrive late morning and they are already sold out. They are very good and seem popular.They have an ample variety of hygienic products for men. Shaving cream, after shave, soap and lotions from brands that I could only find on the Internet or at their store. This particular store is expansive and well kept. Easy to find the things I need. Also, easy to find a parking spot in their big parking lot. They don't accept Apple Pay as a source of payment.

It's a JOKE this location doesn't increase their hours past 11:00. Daybreak is exploding and the covid pandemic is over... MAKE YOUR HOURS TIL AT LEAST MIDNIGHT AGAIN. To not do this annoying.

great food and items and a good clothing area, along with beauty department. Service is not very good. Sometimes it's great! Fast, friendly..etc! But 70% of the time you have to bag your own items even when in the regular lanes. It can get stressful especially when you have a lot. Good grocery store, in general, but the staff sometimes needs work.

I was there before their lunch but they closed the drive thru early and the guy saw me go in and try to run to the pharmacy since they closed the drive thru and he quickly shut the gate on me. The guy was pretty rude about it too and blew me off. So I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes until they opened, had a 20 minute wait in line after that, only to be told they didn't have my medication ready after I called 3 hours before to confirm they had my medication ready for pickup. I then had to wait even longer and it took over an hour just to get my medication. At least the girl that finally helped me at the counter was pretty nice. I'll likely be finding a new pharmacy

Thank you Jethro M. for your recommendation to this location. You're right, totally worth a few extra miles to shop at this market. We scored Ranier Cherries today! We could not find this in other stores. Really fresh produce, great sale items, and incredible deals with the digitally clipped coupons. Originally planned on getting a few items but ended up filling three of our grocery bags instead LOL
