This was probably the worst hotel I have been in. The rooms were disgusting, there was dust everywhere, the carpet was sticky and the bathroom did not look like they cleaned it. The room also smelt moldy or like wet dogs the entire night. Our window screen was also torn apart. One more thing about the room was the bed, the sheets had stains on them and it didn’t look like they cleaned them. If you went down to the swimming pool the water looks green, also the hot tub. The swimming pool was not in the hotel it was outside in this type of green house looking thing and the top was filled with bird poop and mold. The price may be right but the rooms were definitely not okay. I honestly don’t know how they are still running. The pictures online are nothing like the rooms. I would definitely not recommend staying there.Food & drinks: Breakfast wasn’t the best, the eggs and sausage were cold. The only think I liked was the waffle station but I saw the way they cleaned that room and they just threw crumbs on the ground. Then they get the thing that held the coffee and the just reheat it. Which I found disgusting but that could just be me.

First, I was given a room that was already occupied. That was awkward. We had booked for 2 nights (3 rooms). When I got into our final room, the bed looked and smelled like it had been slept in already, there was lots of mold on the windowsill and the wallpaper on it was peeling up, revealing even more mold. I had to go dig an inhaler out of my car to breathe. They said they didn’t have any more rooms to move us to. My friend had a chair in her room with a huge brown stain on the seat. I’ll let you imagine what we thought about that. When we got back to our room for the second night, our key cards wouldn’t work, (all 3 rooms). She fixed one of them and then said someone else was in the other 2 rooms. She remembered checking us in for 2 nights the day before (same lady) and said there was nothing she could do about it. They had shoved all of our stuff into garbage bags and had them behind the counter. I expressed that she could do something, like call another Sleep Inn who has a room and comp us a room there. She called her manager while we stood there ( or someone) and explained the situation. She kept saying she was sorry and admitted she had made a mistake. She told us that the Sleep In. In Provo was expecting us, so we went through our stuff the best we could in the tiny lobby, loaded up, and headed south. Well, Provo never got called, and now South Jordan is pretending to know nothing. I can’t even call them. I’m assuming they have blocked my phone. On the upside, the Provo location was beautiful, clean, friendly, and honest. I didn’t take photos. Oh how I wish I had. And I have not had my charges from Provo taken off my card as promised.

A little bit sketchy. My room smells like it was once a smoking room. And here’s a picture of the door that connects the adjacent room. Not a confidence builder ?

Internet issues & room not clean. The room wasn’t cleaned well. There was a bandaid on the window curtain, a vulgar sticker in the bathroom shower and a soda can on the floor. The internet doesn’t work right. 90% of the time when you try to connect to the internet, the connection gets declined and you just have to keep retrying to get connected. It takes about 10 mins of retrying each time you re-connect a device to the internet. All devices will also get kicked off the internet overnight. This morning I’ve spent the last 30mins trying to get my phone and iPad connected and it hasn’t worked yet. The rooms are extremely small. It’s hard to move around the room with one other person and luggage. Also, just some minor things: no elevator, extremely thin walls and over-salted breakfast eggs

Everything was horrible, cockroaches and horrible service, they charged me extra and the hotel refuses to answer the calls, what they do is criminal, apart from the fact that they don't speak English correctly, they insult you in another language so that you don't understand what they say, terrible

This is an older shabby hotel. I was excited because it had a pool, hot tub and gym. The gym had 2 machines and only one of them worked. The hot tub was closed and the pool was kind of dirty. Plus, you had to go outside to the indoor pool. My room was clean, but the desk was missing a chair, so I had to work on the bed. I had to go down to the front desk to get a remote for the TV because it was missing from my room. The breakfast was passable, not great for someone that is gluten free.

My stay at this property was great. My room was very clean and the cleaning service is great. I was there for a couple of days, I needed towels, I went to the laundry and her housekeeper was very kind in giving me clean towels. The only thing I have to complain about is that my room had some details in terms of maintenance that should be fixed and the pool looks dirty. But in terms of price, it's not something that can't be solvedRooms: Comfortable and cleanFood & drinks: His food was good in relation to the price

The location was the only honest and good thing about this hotel. They advertise a pool and hottub that they don't service or clean. The hottub was half empty and full of trash, the water in the pool looked like slim. Very grimey. The rooms were so small and not very clean. There was drug paraphernalia in the room. They do provide a decent breakfast in the morning but your told not to take it out of the LITTLE room they provide with 3-4 tables. Over all I was highly unsatisfied and disappointed.

Not recommended. Maintenance is way overdue - to the point of being unsafe, and just feeling unwelcome. Broken slide lock on the door, clogged toilet, broken mirror, peeling wallpaper, burn marks on the carpet, filthy furniture, dirty/stained bedding, loose faucet, ac unit falling apart, curtains stained and filthy, pool smelled bad, hot tub was broken, hotel entry was dirty, and we could hear every step the people above us made, while the floor creaked. Do yourself the service of staying somewhere else.

Please don’t stay here. I star is generous. This was the grossest place I’ve ever stayed and I have travelled to many third world countries. Too many things to mention truly but if you want to have a clean bed and use a bathroom, this isn’t the place to stay.Safety: Not safe

The hot tub is not available. Key cards need to be redone daily but staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are sometimes slim due to delivery problems.Walkability: There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Very good value for money, well placed for sailing in Salt Lake and heading towards the ski resorts. My first night the bed and the mattress, which was a little too old, didn't suit me, so I asked to change rooms. The latter was a little more comfortable. I was able to note several small malfunctions which did not spoil my stay and the kindness and efforts of the staff and in particular Kavish made my week rather pleasant. This hotel deserves a little renovation but once again for the price....9Rooms: Very average comfort, well soundproofed from the outside but not from the other rooms, fortunately I had quiet neighbors

Before I start my review let me say I'm satisfied with nothing more than a clean bed at a great price. This hotel provided both these things, so already a good hotel in my books. I initially chose this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel I could find and was close to Snowbird ski resort which was the whole reason I came to salt lake city (to ski at Snowbird). Other than having a clean bed and being in close proximity to the ski resorts there were additional things that were a happy surprise. Everything was in working order (TV, shower, wifi, fridge, electric heater/ac) and the hotel also included breakfast (eggs, breakfast sausage, waffles, coffee, bagels, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc), swimming pool/hot tub and decent views. I wanna thank the hotel staff for being kind and respectful and if I come back to salt lake city this will be my first choice for places to stay.Nearby activities: Ski resorts

Once in my room I discovered how loud it was because of the highway being outside the window. It’s loud enough that it sounds like a window was open. The room was cold, so I turned up the heat, and it is also quite loud, and will probably be waking me up throughout the night. I went to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms and they said they’re fully booked up and can’t switch rooms. I went online to check availability for the hotel and there isn’t an issue with vacancy. I could purchase a different room online no problem. It seems they just don’t want to let me switch rooms.
