Stop trying to make me do your job. I’m so tired of places acting like it’s my job to scan everything. They are starting to nag about their app to check yourself out. In reality they should have the other annoying person at the door that checks receipts just check everyone out since they scan everything anyway….
Realistically, once I pay for my items, it’s my property and shouldn’t have to wait in line for them to scan anything to verify. It’s mine. Now move.
If you don’t trust people that much, hire a better loss prevention team. The person at the door is annoying and holds up traffic.
I cannot wait for my membership to end because this place is ANNOYING!!!!!!
Anyone else notice how the corporate response is repetitive and so generic without an actual care or attempt to fix & correct anything? No matter the issue, it’s the same response.

Had my daughter’s birthday on Saturday. The place I ordered her cake at cancelled our order last minute. Knowing I needed a good size cake with a unicorn I frantically searched. I called Sam’s club less than 24 hours before the party. Usually they need 24 + plus for custom cakes. Dakota in the bakery was so kind and understanding and told me she would get it completed for me. It exceeded my expectations, thank you Dakota and bakery team.

I had 30 minutes to kill so I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat in the cafe. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Ran out of time, never made it to the front of the line. Completely unacceptable! You will get better service from an 8-year-old's lemonade stand.

they took away the churros, one of the best things on the menu, i ate those all the time with my grandchildren and they loved sams clubs churro. they came down to see me so they could get the churros but they werent on the menu. my grandchildren cried alot that day...

The food was delivered yesterday and we got rotten ground beef and the lettuce had bugs in them. Then the little pizzas were opened and the box had no cut marks but the small pizzas had cuts in the packaging. It completely ruined the dinner we were supposed to have. Now my kids were reduced to eating top ramen cause of the poor quality of food. This is unacceptable.

Great customer service for returns. Fresh produce is in a refrigerated room now which is fun! Except all the blueberries were moldy today ? 4/28/22
3/4/23 the last couple times we've come the deli has been out of what we wanted. This time it was odd they said they were out of pizza pretzels, but they had pretzels and cheese and pepperoni so I don't know why they couldn't make one...
11/25/23 Great samples on Saturdays! Busy but enough staff to handle it. Love the festive spirit there right now!
3/6/24 I confirmed today that THEY DROPPED CHURROS FROM THE CAFE MENU ???

Nice to have options. They have enough items that don’t overlap with Costco that make the trip worth it.
Additionally their app experience is far superior to Costco. Scan and Go + shopping on the app prices are the same as in store.
