Love the scan and go checkout! It's so easy to get in and out of here. I love all the different options in store and at the deli. Their pizza is the best! Our favorite is the combo pizza.

Clean store, with a spacious parking lot. I like the convenience of ordering on the App and picking it up at the designated parking spots. Occasionally I go inside to see a product on display before making the decision to buy it.When I need to go inside, I visit during the week because it is less crowded. When I need a quick bite for lunch their hot dog combo is the way to go. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Preordered cupcakes and 8 pizzas for a party. Cupcakes were ready and perfect! Pizzas on the other hand...whoever took my order didn't put it where the preorders go and they lost it. So I went to pick up 8 pizzas at 3:45pm on a Saturday for a party that started at 4:30pm and they were no where to be found. They offered to put them in the oven right then and there but it would take 40+ min and one oven was apparently broken. They left me scrambling to find pizza for a large party in that short of a time and didn't even seem to care. "Oh sorry the person who took your order is new". That is not an excuse! Sams club didn't make anything about the ordeal right. Never counting on them again.

This Sam's Club has really been an amazing experience every single time so far. I got a really good deal on a Sam's Club membership so I finally decided to invest in one. I have never really been a Sam's Club or Costco person because I am a single person and don't need a gallon container of Goldfish or 48 bags of trail mix. However, I have found some good deals here and things I like! Upon my first visit, I needed to go to the front desk to get my membership card. I had signed up online but I needed to get the physical card to be able to swipey swipe. The girl at the counter was so nice; I had a really great interaction with her.To my surprise, I have loved more things here than just the bulk items of food that would take me years to finish. I bought a vacuum here and it has been an incredible vacuum! It had great reviews and rightfully so--it has great suction power, lots of extra pieces you can connect to the hose, a Febreeze filter, and it has a retractable cord! I also bought a mirror here at Sam's Club. I had been wanting a full length mirror for quite a while and this one was everything I had been wanting! On the way out, it was shattered by the automatic door (looking forward to the next 7 years of my life!) but the employees helped me and replaced it. He took the broken one, got me another one and then even took it out to my car. It was very kind and I appreciate them a lot. Another perk to Sam's Club is the gas, especially during these trying times. They do have some of the best gas prices in the area, however, I am really annoyed about the self serve gas station having certain hours of operation? It is self serve....I didn't know this so I pulled up at about 8am on a Sunday to see that the machine will not work if it is not the right hour. I then watched several cars pull up and realize the same thing. I don't understand the business model here. You're losing money and gas is what I would call passive income when it is self serve, it isn't like you need staffing. It is also unfortunate for people that are super low on gas! This was me at 8am and there isn't a gas station *that* close to this Sam's Club. Overall, I think Sam's Club has all kinds of perks for everyone. I like this location the most and I try to go when it is least crowded. The locations a bit more south are always really crowded! I am very glad I got my Sam's Club membership!

I signed up for the trade in program to upgrade to IPhone 13 basic in December 2021. My wife and I received confirmation that our phones had been received. Mine was processed and I received the full amount for my phone, but my wife only received a 140.00 for her trade in, but I never received notice. She had an IPhone XR and I had an IPhone 11. We were told both qualified for the plan. On top of that in January 2022 the person I spoke with on the phone added a 40 plan to her account. I was literally paying almost 200 a month for my plan.After Going to the AT&T store. In March 2022 that is located at 5398 W Daybreak Pkwy Unit B4 South Jordan, UT 84009 United States I was told this matter would be escalated and I would be credited what I am owed. This has now been a few months again, I am no closer to getting the credit. If You can't control your retail outlets like Sam's Club, then you should not allow them to do business with AT&T. I feel I have been scammed. I want to pay for the phones if they can't fix this and never be a customer again after over 20 years of being with AT&T. I also want to cancel my membership with Sam's Club for allowing this scam to continue. I am n to the only one with these issues. Sad after so many phone calls and waiting to correct this, this is where I am at. Please help me!
