Horrible management, don't get a membership they won't ever cancel it even when they tell you they have.

Signed up for the month car wash. It didn't work for us as we did not use it enough. We were a couple of days late canceling the trial. However Garet, manager, was gracious enough to credit back the charge. We will continue to use Rocket as needed for our car washes.
