Once again it's that time of year for new boots. I only go to one place for years now. Or since the day this store opened.ive have bought over 20 different pairs of boots from these guys. From work to weekend and dress. The Redwing products have never let me down. But the number one reason I love this store is the crew! Employees! They make the difference! They make the follow up,care,and service over the top.
I love having your feet measured and checked. The perfect in soles. New laces and oiled for follow up service.
They make the reason I'll be back to this store for my next Redwing's.....

Truly the best redwing store I've gone to. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the guy working was beyond nice and helpful! They didn't have my size in the 3 pairs I wanted to try on so I ended up having to go elsewhere but absolutely loved this store compared to the others.

These guys are awesome I had a problem with my shoes and the gent fixed it real fast then after I got them they quickly cleaned them up. I go in every 3 or so months as more then that isn't good for the shoes due to the oils. If you are willing to spend the money it takes to own a pair of shoes for nearly a lifetime highly recommend you stop in. They will also do foot tests so you are wearing your shoes in a way that strengthens your feet or at least does far less harm then a regular shoe.

Just got done being helped by John and from start to finish it was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. I’m a picky shopper and I was helped and educated in a way that made the buying process quick and accurate. Super happy with my purchase. Go here for sure.

I’ve been getting my boots from red wing for over 14 years and out of all the different locations. I feel like I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. From this store I drive an extra 30 min just to go to this store. I have another one 2 min from my house but I appreciate the Professionalism.

I took my boots in to get them fixed because I was getting dirt underneath the composite toe and the liner. They had my boots at the cobbler for two weeks which is fine if they are fixing it for free.but my toes don’t fit in the boot since I have gotten them back.I took them back in and the guy told me that that’s all they can do and that I should have brought them in sooner. So he said to get something to shove in there and stretch the toe out. I have no clue have to do that without destroying my boot.So basically he told me that I’m screwed. I paid 350$ for those boots. If this issue can’t be resolved I can’t see myself buying your product.

I had some very worn-out boots, took them in to get some stitching reswen, and they came back better than i expected. Great couustmer service l, never had a bad experience in this store before!

Charged me 10 dollars more than the labled price. 1-15-24. Claimed that was the price 3 years ago. This was a pair of Red Wing leather gloves.
