Took a pair of slack to have them lengthen by 1 inch. The tag says lengthen by an inch if not enough fabric lengthen by half inch. 10 days go by and I call to say hey you got the pants. Nope not ready. Finally the next day they call and say your pants are ready we go pick them up and they are now 1 full inch shorter. We need these pants by tomorrow which they’re like oh to fix will be like another 10 days!!! So I guess I will be busting out my sewing machine tonight.

Don't waste your time with Red Hanger. The "re-do" of their "re-do" spread the wrinkles on the right inseam, to include the left inseam. The "re-do" of the "re-do" didn't fix anything. I showed the employee the problem and she called her manager. She told the manager, "It looks bad and needs to be fixed."
Their "specialist" will fix the problem on Monday and I'll pick up my pants on Tuesday. Sigh... ? Their THREE ATTMPTS, DIDN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF EXTRA WRINKLES ON THE INSEAM OF MY SUIT PANTS. MY ADVICE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
