Nothing wrong with the location. All my issues are with the business itself. They make things unbelievably difficult. When signing up for Black level member ship a perk is being able to visit all the locations. However in the fine print they add that there is a 10 trip/month limit where fees will be charged after. I'm still within my first month and instead of letting me change my home gym. I am forced to cancel my membership and open a new one. This is is no way customer friendly and all together is a big enough pain that once i cancel ill just switch to one of the other gyms in my area.
Plus their customer support is worthless.

Great gym, but the music is TOO LOUD. Everyone here working out is trying to listen to their own music on their headphones and this gym’s own music is so loud and distracting. If you could please turn it down I’d give this place 5 stars.

I love going to Planet Fitness to work out, you have multiple locations and machines to use. Also if you have the black card, you can get massages to help those tires muscles.

Need more rope attachments, they have a weird hyper extension machine (I prefer the regular), no indoor pool. I prefer my HOA gym to be honest.

Exceptional gym with impeccable cleanliness and an incredibly friendly staff. The facilities are well-maintained, creating a welcoming and motivating environment for every workout session. Highly recommend!

Worst Gym possible. I canceled my membership 6 days after the renewal for the year and still they wont give me even partial refund. Why would they not give money if I am not going to use .
