I suppose I need to be better about giving reviews for good service as well. Usually I have received good service at this location but not today. I needed 2 small pictures printed for some ornaments. If I knew how do do it on my own, I would obviously just do it. Today was the first time in 8 years I was turned away and told they couldn't help me. I suppose my print job and business isn't of value if it's not a big print job. Super disappointing.:( Poor customer service.

I rarely need office supplies, but OfficeMax always has what I need WHEN I need it. I believe their supplies are of the highest quality. I'm certain that I won't be shopping anywhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous location & staff such that this is my first negative post ever.... but Mr. Josh refusing to print (3) simple docs claiming they are closing soon is utterly absurd. Was there at 5:30; they close at 6:00; completely enough time in my opinion for 5 minutes of work. Will not be supporting this location with any business whatsoever moving forward. Happy New Year.... not so much here!

The two times I have come, both have been a great experience. I have had to print off a few things and they always came out exactly how I needed them to look. The great thing is you can email it directly to them, then they'll print it off--AND they have various options of "niceness" if you don't want just regular ol' printer paper. The employees, although it always takes just a little time because there is usually another customer or two before me, are great and know what they're doing. They are helpful and provided me with great understanding of what I needed. Overall, really a pleasant experience. I don't know how things would be, had a done an online order instead of face-to-face, but again, I thought the customer service at the printing department was very painless. TIPS & TRICKS: * Their email is
[email protected] if you want to do the same as I've done. I've printed off a pamphlet front and back and in color as well as a photo for my sister, in color as well. Everything was bright and vivid and exactly what I wanted. Both were PDFs too, so that might make it a lot easier on you as well.

I'm not one to need a lot of office supplies, but when I do, it's usually ink for my printer or something boring like that. And when I run out, it's right before I need to print something immediately. Lucky for me, Officemax is close to home, so I can run down and pick up what I want. There is a good selection of anything you'd need for the office-computers, office supplies and printer ink-aisles and aisles of it. However, you'd better know what you need and where to find it, because the staff may not be quick to provide guidance. Don't get me wrong, they are nice enough, but it seems that most of them are not well versed in the store's inventory.

I am having a really hard time with this location. I left my photos to be cut almost 3 weeks ago. I was told I would be called in 2-3 days. Apparently when I came to see if they were done after about a week, they had not been touched. Someone quit or something and now everyone is behind, rushed, overworked, or lazy- or just not enough people working there and the training is either nonexistent or very little. I want to send my family pics out soon i cannot do that if i cannot get my photos cut. Ridiculous.

I've been bringing piano books in to OfficeMax to get them bound for over 20 years now and have never had any issues. I recently purchased three new music books and took them in for binding. I was told it would take four hours and I said that was fine, because I was coming back to the area that evening and could easily pick them up. I called on the way back six hours later and they said it would be a 2-day job and "I don't know why they told you four hours". Two days later I went to get my books and was told they got "slightly botched" so they gave me 50% off the binding fees. When I got home, I saw how horribly botched they were. One book had about an inch cut off the left side, 1/4" cut off the right side, and had been bound with a humongous spiral so I wouldn't be able to place it with my other books on a shelf or lay them nicely flat together. The other two books were botched as well; both were excessively cut and bound with too-large spirals, one book even had the back cover put on upside down. To make a long story short, I had to go back in to find out how they would fix the problem of ruining my books, re-purchase the book that was the most botched, and take it back in with the receipt to get refunded for the book they ruined. I still have the other two slightly ruined ones which are at least useable although not attractive. I have not yet gotten my new book bound because I will have to go far out of my way to avoid this OfficeMax. To be honest I'm not only blown away that they would ruin my personal property so badly and try to pass it off as a slight problem, but then go ahead and charge me money for doing it! What a horrible experience.

Was greeted upon my arrival by a very nice young lady. I was assisted with back to school needs for my neighbors. I had help from 3 employees and all were very helpful. I spoke with Steve who was the store manager upon checking out. What a good shopping experience at this Office Max.

I wish I could give a 0 Star. The customer service at the printing department is AWFUL. Brandon is the WORST printing manager ever !! He was sitting on his butt eating lunch at 7:30 pm and told us that he couldn't print anything off within 72 hours because he was so swamped. Um, NONE OF THE PRINTERS WERE EVEN RUNNING !!!!!!!!! I call BS. This fellow was just lazy. I went to a kinko's and they were able to print off exactly what I needed in under an hour. I will never visit OfficeMax ever again.
