I called earlier today to ask a question about laminating some papers. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She kept cutting me off, her tone of voice was nothing short of annoyance. I have been a customer at this place for well over 15 years and I will NEVER step foot there again. Shame on you!

Terrible customer service. Last minute changed the expectation and wouldn’t complete by order even though I was fine to change the print color and paper type to what was easiest and available. Lost all my future business.

This used to be an amazing establishment, and I was confused by the recent poor reviews… Whether it be under new management or new employees this is now AWFUL!!! I’m never going back!! Worst customer service I’ve seen.

I've always had great experiences with Not Just Copies! It is so easy to email in my order and get an email later that after that it's ready for pickup! The pick-up times are reduced due to COVID, but they do bring your copies right out to your car. I come here for church and personal copies.

What kind of business is only open for 2 hours a day and closes early sometimes? Ha. It’s also only open during rush hour :) I got 100 mini flyers printed. They printed them on regular printer paper? This isn’t what people pay you for. And the employees didn’t ask me if she could fix it when I asked about it.

I pulled in at 6:20 pm as I was walking to the door a lady walks from the inside to the door to meet you I ask if you’re open or closed she said closed I said well your website says you’re open till 7 PM she told me it’s not her website this was a great company I used to go to them all the time even when they was on the other side of Redwood Road but I will no longer be using them fed-ex is right in front of Harmons I know where I’ll be going now

I showed up about noon on Saturday with a project that I needed later that day. We were quoted an outstanding price & that's exactly what we were charged. Jillian (hope I have her name right), made suggestions that didn't cost more but made the project easier & more complete. She did it with a smile, didn't rush us & had it ready in plenty of time. I live in Taylorsville and pass quite a few copy centers but I would go to NOT JUST COPIES no matter where I lived! I totally recommend them. They deserve TEN STARS!! Had a project this weekend & NOT JUST COPIES came through for me again!!! I called late Saturday afternoon. I needed color copies, cut & laminated. I got an email saying my order was ready just after 5 pm. They look perfect & I wish I could give Kristine a big tip for going about & beyond especially during this crisis!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

I loved the personal service, the cost (how can it be beat? Honestly I don't know!), and the product. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing printing down. I had the experience that makes me want to tell everyone to use this company.
