“Helped us to merge two phone plans quickly and efficiently. Seemed to not know which perks of one account might be lost in the merger though (example: student discount, HBO Max) so that is the only reason for 4 stars not 5. All staff was vet friendly and the store was clean.”

“This place is awesome! My phone got wet on a trip and I was wanting to salvage the photos. We went to two Apple stores and received zero help, they all said the memories were gone. They didn’t even look at the phone and were really dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about us. Everything was the opposite here. Dan was super helpful and thorough. He went over options and made sure we had everything they needed to take care of it. Sophie was the only tech working but did a great job recovering all of the data. Apple told us it was lost, but here they actually listened and saved the day. I have always gone to Apple for issues, but it is clear that here they not only care more about their service, but know more than the Apple “Genius” Bar. Even though they were short staffed, they gave us amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair prices too!”
