I love 5 dollar Tuesdays. It's a great time to take my kids to see the movies they want to see. It also allows for us go enhance our movie experience because with the refillable popcorn bucket and refillable mugs I can afford to take the whole family! Additionally, the luxury recliners are the greatest! Megaplex Theaters know what movie lovers love! Honestly, the only time we ever go to the movies at another theater is when we have to spend a gift card someone gave us (and most of the time we don't even do that... we'll just pass the gift card along to someone else because we'd rather pay for the Megaplex experience out of pocket!) Each year we wind up buying a popcorn bucket or refill tag for some of our friends and family. It's a great Christmas gift... one that people are stoked to receive!

They played an ad after each and every single preview! You have GOT to be kidding me!!! I did not spend $35 on a ticket and concessions for myself to sit through a half dozen credit card ads!! Movie previews ARE ALREADY ADS!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I got up and left. I will not normalize this business practice by sitting through and acting like it's ok. I cannot believe what I just saw. People! Do not tolerate this!!

I normally enjoy to see a movie at Megaplex. But my wallet was stollen and so I was waiting for replacement credit cards. I took my wife to see a matinee movie and only had cash. The District Megaplex was understaffed and had no staff in the front lobby and nowhere to get a ticket with cash. After standing around for 20 minutes we left, disappointed.

Friendly staff and a well maintained facility. Portions of the theater have started to be unused and it makes it feel a very empty at times, but the movie watching experience is great.

*Edit-You can now prepay for concessions when you purchase your ticket online. That's pretty cool.
Reserved seating is fantastic. Luxury seating is even better! A tray for food and drink, electric recliners and plenty of leg room.

The seats in theater 5 are so noisy. I couldn't breath without them squeaking and annoying everyone.

My husband and I thought it’d be fun to watch Deadpool on Saturday night but boy were we wrong… by the time we got to the theater, we were so tired and asked if it was possible to get a refund. Wish I remembered the person’s name who helped us but he was so understanding and refunded us with no questions.
We went back the next day and purchased seats for the 11:40 am show since luxury seats appeared to be sold out. We got to the theater 20 min. early and noticed luxury seats actually WERE available. The girl at the customer service area was super friendly and upgraded our seats (we paid the difference)! We’ve never had a negative experience here :)

I almost never do bad reviews but I had my wedding in one of the event rooms upstairs and it was SO DIFFICULT to even get ahold of the event planner. There was a bunch of hidden fees! Extra 300 for dance floor, extra 200 just to use projector. and the day of my wedding it took us an hour to get someone to help us with all the problems! And once we found them they refused to stick around to help with issues. We bought 150 cups which they did not bring, The soda drink michine all tasted like they were empty. they charged and extra 200 for a "service fee" for the catering which was just pizzas. He said it was for setting up the pizzas... they just left them in piles on the table. They don't allow outside food. Which was funny because they let us bring a cake and other things AFTER we spent a ton on catering. I sent SO MANY EMAILS to try and book and get ahold of them and I was always frustrated at how little it felt like they cared. Do not get married here! I promise it's not the price that you think it will be. ?

. I love your guys's facility but I do find it absolutely ridiculous that you guys don't take cash. You guys have put me in some pretty weird positions when going to purchase stuff just because I have forgotten.

Sheri the ticket taker is my favorite! I love this theater. The refillable popcorn, that's why I'll never go to Cinemark, they don't refill anything!!

The seats are awesome, my son and I came to see a movie wolverine and deadpool , the people are nice I like it,
I'm planning on coming here to see Beetlejuice
