My husband and I had a good experience.Bill was fantastic! He answered all of our questions and helped us pick the right mattress, adjustable base and a mattress cover.I loved the fact that I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying something that we didn’t want and he was letting us take our time.He was also with us when he was asked and needed.Thank you Bill!

My wife and I bought a Purple mattress during President's Day and have been sleeping on our new mattress for the last month. We had lots of questions for Mike who guided us through the whole process and was very patient and understanding. We came into the store a total of 3 different times to make sure we were happy with the mattress we kept coming back to. Mike didn't pressure us either way with the things we were thinking and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He helped explain all of the variables we were watching and made sure we felt listened to. Each step of the process was easy and practically effortless. Also, due to issues with my immune system, I came into the store with a mask. When Mike saw my wife and I wearing a mask, the first thing he did (after welcoming us to the store) was ask if we'd like him to wear a mask. I really appreciated the kind gesture. He's been with the company for many years and will help make sure you are heard. We're very happy with our mattress and have been sleeping much better now. Thanks Mike! :)

I bought my mattress 160 days ago. From the date of purchase I regretted working with mattress firm. I was only shown beds above the range we specified wanting to pay, nevertheless I ended up choosing the top of the line recommended bed. Upon paying and leaving the store the woman who made our sale said "Thanks you just got us a pizza for lunch!" Making us leave thinking "was this the best for us or was these options only showed to us based on a quota". (Betty)We were also told that we were getting a mattress that would be included in the "Black Friday sale" therefore we would just have to call back to receive a refund for the difference. I called several times and was told "it was processing". I called again today to check on the status to be told that our claim "slipped through the cracks". I had been calling to deal with Betty so many times and she would say "I'll get back to you" and would return the call to my husband (at work) to say that I was upset and wanted to explain the situation to him instead.My entire experience here was unprofessional and I would never recommend using this location unless you have months to harass them for the refund they asked us to call back about. (But hope you forget that they promised)

I lost $500 buying from this place. No one ever told me the, "free", adjustable base wasn't returnable when I bought it or that there was a $200 return fee. I would never have bought from here if I had known that. I guess it's a lesson learned to read the fine print and don't rely on the salesperson to communicate all relevant information to me. That being said outside of this major lapse in communication, the employees were professional and did their best to help. I don't think Mattress firm is a bad place to buy from, but I am definitely not happy with this experience. If they had just told me about the return policy when I bought it I wouldn't be upset, but ya know, they didn't so that sucks for me.
