Went into Mattress Firm because I was in great need of a mattress due to a recent surgery. My roommate and I were helped by an elderly woman who was helpful initially and showed us to a mattress fitting my needs. When it came to checkout, however, the woman explained that their system was slow and would take a while to check out. We said that was fine because we dealt with a system just as slow where we worked. She asked where we worked, and when she was told, the visit turned bad. Come to find out, she had dealt with our company before and was not happy with her experience and 100% took it out on us. I just wanted a new mattress on my day off, not to deal with this sort of problem away from work. On top of it, the lady had recently had back surgery and told us we needed to help her with anything lifting-related, which is not an issue, but don't start complaining about your experience while you are actively ruining mine in the moment.

Our experience here was awesome!! We weren’t quite sure what we wanted, but there was a large selection of mattresses and Mike treated us as if we were friends. He was super knowledgable about the different mattresses and adjustable bases, and was sooooo helpful at getting us the best deal possible. He was aware of all the deals, coupons, etc. and we came out of there with a STEAL! PIus, we were able to get the mattress way earlier than we thought possible (the next day)! I definitely recommend going in vs. shopping online, and would recommend Mike 100 times. We left feeling lucky and grateful:)

Great sleepys plush mattress good deal around Labor Day week. Great delivery. Only hang up was I had ordered a smaller size mattress which takes longer time for a delivery date.

Just so you are aware - Synchrony Bank is the bank they use. The card does not have an annual fee BUT the APR for purchases is 34.99% with a transaction fee of 2%, late and returned payment fees are $41.00, each and there is a $1.99 paper statement fee per month.
They will run your credit, your credit will be dinged for doing so, you will receive a card and good luck finding the number to cancel the unused, unactivated card they send to you! You WILL want to do this to avoid getting the paper statement fees. The number to call is on the back of the card and you will need to scream customer service 800 times to get through the roadblock called automated help.
Do yourself a favor and don't fall for the "best mattress out there" schtick. No mattress is worth 6k. If you must finance a mattress, do so through your bank or credit union to avoid the MASSIVE APR rate provided by the store which has a call center in India.
We are still thanking our lucky stars that we were not approved for the entire amount needed to purchase the mattress we chose. A $1500.00 difference between approval and cash in hand saved us a TON of money in the long run.
