“Every time I walk through the doors of this UPS store, I know I am in good hands. They offer the best customer service, and the printing services are really fast! Compared to Alphagraphics printing and even other UPS stores, this one offers the best services at the best prices. I am greeted with a smile, and the assurance that my packages get where they need to go. Management is great, and the complimentary dum dums are always a bonus. Even when there is a line, it goes by quickly and efficiently. The employees are always glowing, as if they had just had a really nice meal prior to helping me. I seriously just love this store! I recommend it to everyone.”

Years ago I had subpar service at UPS and have avoided all the stores ever since. I entered the store today with a negative attitude and low expectations. I was honestly blown away by the customer service today!

The young woman who was working was so pleasant and professional and made sure anyone who walked in was acknowledged and told she’d be right with them. She was very helpful and I definitely recommend this store - she really is a great employee.”
“The person that helped me was knowledgeable. He offered several options for getting my pkg to NV on time. He asked if I had AARP which afforded me an additional discount. I didn’t feel rushed trying to make shipping choices. I am 7 miles away from 2 different UPS stores. I will now always choose to come to this UPS store. I was treated so kindly, which as I age I’m a little slower at things!”

“They handle a crowd with Grace, and have been a great service provider in the community. Occasionally, something goes wrong and their staff jumps on it and makes it right. “I had been struggling to complete an online international shipment request. Specifically, I was having difficulty understanding the customs regulations and declaration portion and wanted some help. I went to store #1499 where Liz assisted me. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, helpful, and extremely diligent. She worked through all of the details, one by one, made recommendations, and ultimately got the shipment ready to go. She was a huge stress reliever. I greatly appreciated her friendly service, her expertise, and focus on "getting it right". Thank you!”
“Karl on the previous comment is not telling the truth when he says, "Sign written on a brown post to leave boxes outside". I personally bought that little end table and with permission placed it on the left side of the door and on that table was written, "Place boxes here then Open door with the word, Respect" Very clear and right on top. When you have a box that weighs 45lbs its hard to open the door with one hand and hold the box in the other. Now the table has been stolen, Did you steal it Karl? My heart fell today when I saw a lady struggle to open the door holding her heavy box. As Thomas Magnum would say, "I know what you are thinking, " Why did you not help her? I did quickly try to get there in time to open the door but I was too late". One other thought. This is not a big place and gets crowded and busy somtimes. Lets give these lady's a break. Fun Fact: the UPS truck gets there ABOUT 10am and 4pm. I am glad they are there. What would we have to do if they weren't?”
