We have attended many wedding receptions at Magnolia in the past, but were among the first clients to work with the new owners in 2024! They are amazing, easy to work with, accommodating and kind.
We met several times during the planning phase, and they allowed me to come test music equipment to see if it would be loud enough in their outdoor area. They were very willing to pivot at a moment's notice if plans needed to change for indoor due to weather concerns.
Both indoor and outdoor areas are able to handle large capacities and both are beautiful! There are several options for how you want to handle your event.
On the night of the event, the lovely assistants were so gracious, energetic, and kind! They helped with all of the setup, anticipated needs we hadn't thought of or needed to pivot for, kept time for us so we made sure to start each part of the event punctual and helped us hand out bubbles for the bride and groom send-off. They checked in on us often to make sure everything was going smoothly and according to plan.
It was such a special night, and with things moving pretty much non-stop from start to finish, we were grateful to have such amazing friends to help pull it off.
Other than one technical glitch, that was immediately remedied by Magnolia's backup plan which they quickly implemented, the night was perfect.
We highly recommend Magnolia for your event!

We just had our daughter’s wedding reception here. To say they were kind, understanding, asked frequently, what they could do to help, and then listened to our answers is an understatement. Multiple people commented on how beautiful the facility was. One even remarked she hopes in a couple of years when her daughter marries that this place is available. One of my daughter’s major requests was to have a bouncy house. They didn’t even bat an eye as they said of course. We had both the inside and outside venue available to us for the same price. Something not all other venues due. I am a very happy mother of the bride.

We had an exceptional experience for our daughter's wedding reception at The Magnolia. The building was recently remodeled and was beautiful. We had several friends who mentioned they’d had their receptions there is past years and couldn’t believe how amazing the building looked now.
The new owner, Katie, was great to work with. She, and her staff, were responsive and helpful with the planning process. They created a beautiful, and stress free, environment.
A few things that really stuck out:
-Bridal room is huge and perfect for the new bride and her bridesmaids.
-The groom’s room was a great spot for the groom and his groomsmen to hang a bit and get ready.
-The grounds are wonderful. Lots of guests took time to walk around and enjoy the grounds out back.
-The kitchen area was wonderful. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space for a caterer.
-The remodeled building overall, was a great canvas to work with and would suit a simple decoration plan (which we had), or would easily be able to have a more ornate decoration scheme.
Overall 10 out of 10.

The newly renovated Magnolia Event Center is beautiful. It was the perfect spot to host our daughter's wedding. Gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of room for a large wedding. Katie, the new owner is fantastic to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. So glad we booked Magnolia.

The newly renovated Magnolia Event Center is quickly becoming one of my favorite venues to photograph!! It is just what I look for in a venue: beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, great lighting, lots of space, great staff and owners, etc! I've attended a couple events at Magnolia Event Center in the last month since they opened for business under new ownership and after renovations and I have been very happy with all of my communication and interactions with them. Highly recommend planning a wedding (or other event) here!! It is STUNNING and won't disappoint!

We attended an event at the newly renovated Magnolia and were so impressed with everything! We loved the beautiful facility, the size that made it so comfortable for everyone! The gorgeous decor, gardens, and furnishings were wonderful! The people hosting were so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. I definitely recommend this venue! With Five Stars!

I had booked this venue in 2023 for the summer of 2024 and unfortunately the company has just changed ownership. I loved working with the previous owners. The current owners do not have any structure yet and can’t guarantee the services originally promised. When we attempted to speak with them in regards to a return of our deposit, I was hung up on and they did not answer our return calls. Do not recommend anyone working with these new owners. No respect to their clients.

We had booked this venue for the next year, however since our booking, there has been a very recent change in ownership. The new owners do not work with the same vendors and do not provide the same services (catering/cake etc). The new owners are not willing to provide a refund of our deposit despite these changes, and were quite rude regarding the request. We would not recommend booking this venue based on our experience.

Having only one daughter, we were new to the whole wedding and reception scene. We had shopped around at different locations to hold the reception and we are very thankful we chose Magnolia Grove! They were, hands down, THE BEST at creating a special day for our daughter on her special day. From the planning of food, cake, decorations, space, etc. all the way through to the end of the reception with the newlywed's send off, the staff at Magnolia Grove was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be sure we had what we needed. The grounds are immaculately cared for and the building and space was extremely clean and spacious. The food was yummy and the cake was beautifully decorated exactly like our daughter wanted.We received numerous compliments on how great the reception was. A very special thanks goes to Jaydn (there were two Jaydn's), Weston and Sarah. They made us and our family feel like royalty and we were treated very well. We are always going to recommend our friends and family choose Magnolia Grove for their reception needs. Extremely impressed!

Magnolia Grove Reception Center, is in my opinion half par! My neice and her groom had their wedding reception there, and everyone sitting outside watching everyone walk down the aisle could NOT hear the music playing. The lady said that if the wedding had to be moved inside because of weather they would lose $150 out of their deposit. They booked the event from 4pm-10pm. The venue had a groom and bridal suite. We were packed up at 9:30pm. When the guys went to pack up their stuff in the groom suite, ALL THEIR STUFF WAS GONE!!!! My sister tried calling them and of course they didn't answer, even though it was BEFORE 10pm!!! For the amount of money that was spent, it DEFINITELY WAS NOT WORTH IT!!! Beware of booking this venue. There were so many other things wrong with the customer service and everything wrapped up in a whole! In my opinion it wasn't what the venue agreed upon with Bride and Groom. The venue did not live up to the expectations!??
