“As someone from The Netherlands, who had never used a laundry service before, I had the best experience at this place. The woman behind the desk was very friendly and helped me through the process of getting the card and choosing the right program for the washer and the dryer.
On top of that, the machines were very fast, and my clothes are very clean. It also felt like a really safe place, with no strange people hanging around. To all Europeans like me that need a laundry service in the Salt Lake City area, and don't know how it works, I would really really reccomend this place!!”

“OK, where do I start? This place is amazing and delivery for your laundry. I didn’t even know that was a thing now that I do. I’m never gonna do my own laundry again for the price They charge why would I? my clothes were folded so perfectly my shirts were hung up so nicely they were ready when they said they were gonna be ready and to top it all off. I accidentally dropped 160 bucks out of my pocket and The girl that works there ran up to me to my car and returned it to me this place has become one of my favorite places to recommend!! And that employee has restored my faith in humanity”

“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!”

“Very clean and quiet. I would suggest them hanging a clock up maybe above the door or above each sign stating the doors will automatically lock at 11. Also where is the key to the restrooms? There are signs directing you to a restroom that is locked.”
“My apartment has not felt this clean in so long!! These girls do such a good job at getting those little corners you miss and really take the time to make things look good while tidying up. I’ve used them for almost a year, I’m moving into a new place and definitely plan to continue the services!”

The only thing I dnt like about this place is they want the last load at 7pm ok cool but make it known put signs up stating that instead of having us take out loads out and getting denied it didn’t happen this time but last week it did . The 24/7 Google shows appears to be incorrect, but the hours are still very forgiving.
I've been coming here regularly for over a month and it's always been clean and safe-looking to me.
My favorite part is they have an app. You can pay through the app and it'll even send you a notification when your wash or dry is finishing.
For those that prefer carrying around cash, though, they do accept coins and tokens like normal, with a token exchange inside.”
“This is a fantastic laundromat haven't sent any bugs nor smelt any funkyness from the washer or dryer and the employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and never hesitate to ask if you need help with anything in here.. the only downside they have is I have caught one creep/weirdo taking a video on his iPhone of the poor older Hispanic women while she was cleaning the soap dispenser part on top of the machines (she was wearing tight leggings and she was bending over to clean the soap part) it's a sad world we live in now a days. I did call the younger boy out on it and asked him if he gets off on this? He just acted like every other loser mf that gets caught and just denied and lied about it all.. I know I should of recorded him in the act but I was surprised myself thinking is this guy really doing this right now?!?? And when I did go to record him in the act he was leaving the mat so that's when I asked if he gets off on it... y'all don't have to believe me or not I'm just putting this out there for the community to keep a close eye on your loved ones and a closer eye on weirdos like this that get off on this type of stuff. It's sad cause the lady was just doing her job and if ol buddy sees this and has any problems with it.. you see my name, look me up I ain't hard to find.”
