I was very disappointed. They told me they had cleaned the windows and vacuumed. It was apparent neither activity had occurred. They called and apologized. However when I got home I came find oil spilled all over the frame and suspension components. There was enough residual spilled oil that it dripped onto my driveway. I later had to get underneath my vehicle and spend considerable time wiping up of the mess that had been made. This reflects poorly on the quality of work and the attention to detail.

Earlier in the day I was unable to get in because only one car was in the bay for a rotation that apparently made it not possible to start my standard service for 30 minutes. I came back later in the afternoon and was able to bring my car in immediately with only 10 minute delay and two cars already in the bays. Once started the service went just fine and I was out much sooner than planned

Went in during business hours for an emission test. Went in because I received a coupon in the mail. Despite it being business hours there was no tech available to do the test. The other tech also didn’t know what the coupon was and said he wouldn’t honor it. Won’t be back.

I went to Jiffy lube for them to put in a new battery I bought elsewhere. (It was too difficult to take it out myself from corrosion). I got there 40 minutes before closing time & they also offered to do an overdue oil change. The guy noticed I needed one by looking at the dashboard & getting the mileage. I didn't think they would have time, but they were finished around closing time. I was amazed while watching 4 or 5 guys working on my truck at the same time. They were also able to get my truck in right away. They really live up to their name. I will definitely go there again!

I will never return to this jiffy lube Shane was the most up rudest manager! Told me I needed to fix my turbo line, I let him know I already had it replaced at another jiffy lube, asked him to meet me in the middle for cost as it's was replaced In January, told me there was nothing he could do and asked me to leave his store! 0 star

The South Jordan center workers are friendly and very knowledgeable! They’re quick too and I don’t have much waiting time. The Center is close and convenient for me & is right next to a car wash.
