“Stopped by the store a couple of days ago. Met the owner and his wife. They were very kind and helpful. I bought a one oz gold round. Initially a Krugerrand, but I have some already and was actually looking for some maples. He let me know that he would have someone coming in later that day to drop off five of the one oz maples and if I changed my mind, he would swap me out. I had a dentist appointment so I had to run, but when I was finished, I called him and asked if he received the maples. He did, and he allowed me to come back and swap my Krugerrand out for the maple. Great customer service and I’ll be going back for future purchases. Thanks, Ron!”
“I went to Ryan’s Diamond to get my watch resized to fit my wrist. Ryan was there and he was super helpful. Within few minutes he adjusted the watch and is perfect. I was chatting with him about another watch and he quickly provided me with valuable information. They have a nice watch collection and they do have a in-house watch repair shop as well.The store has a nice collection of Diamonds and rings that will fit your needs. They also have a nice collection of jewelry and gems ?.
