We walked in without an appointment and our sales person, Francisco, stayed 3 hours late to work with us doing multiple test drives and finally getting the purchase completed. In addition to the great service, Jerry Seiner had better selection than several other SLC-area dealers that we had visited earlier.

Everything was very good except I asked them about the side by side speed and speed limit on the dashboard as it was no longer showing and they didn’t advisor said it was a problem with onstar. I went home a did a google search and some
One had a video of how to resolve it. The advisors should have asked others or something if they didn’t know. It really was an easy fix. Also I asked the advisor about scheduling a transmission oil change I. The weekends and he said they don’t have many technicians work on the weekend who know how to do that and that they mainly schedule techs for oil changes on the weekends. If this is true this is poor customer service as most people can’t get away from their jobs during the week to have service done on their cars.

That has to be very stressful, because if you get it wrong, there are 50 people waiting to hire him away !

Just took my car in for an oil change. Shane was super nice and professional and the oil change was very quick and easy and they washed my car for free. And the price was way cheaper than I thought! Excellent service there. Steve Ward was also very nice and provided me with a free appraisal for my car.

Brought in our work GMC Yukon today for a recall and Brandon Kempff was beyond helpful! He was so kind. He arranged a Lyft to take me back to work and pick me back up, too. No one likes to run these type of work errands but Brandon and team made it actually pleasant. Thank you so much!

We just bought a used truck from Jerry Seiner. We were out of state and Kayla helped us with the sale. Kayla walked us through the truck remotely, sent us photos and helped us get a price squared away before we arrived. Once we got there she was really knowledgeable and helped us with the minor hiccup that came up. Overall it was a surprisingly great vehicle buying process. Kayla was so knowledgeable and responsive. We appreciate the whole team at Jerry Seiner.
Update: Four days and 30 minutes after buying our very expensive certified pre-owned 2023 Chevy 3500 High Country, the transmission control module failed and stranded us on the freeway with our new 5th wheel in tow. We have since discovered this is a very common failure in model years 2020-2024. These failures are so common in fact, that the part is on back order and they anticipate it’ll be 30-45 days before they can get it. However, they won’t commit to that time frame and it may be even longer. Meanwhile our new truck is parked at the Chevy dealership close to where it broke down indefinitely because it’s not drivable.
When we got this bad news we called Jerry Seiner to see if there is anything they could do for us. We didn’t think they would, but if they had at least said they couldn’t and expressed some fake kindness we would have been satisfied. Instead they offered to give us the trade in value of the truck (about $2700 less than what we paid) and apply it towards the sticker price on a different truck on their lot, essentially profiting off of the fact they sold us a non drivable expensive truck. No thanks.
Chevy themselves have been amazingly unhelpful. They will “review” our related expenses once our truck is repaired and respond 4-6 weeks later with a possible reimbursement. The department t that “reviews” your information is not “customer facing” so they are not available for questions and presumably for an explanation of why they do or don’t pay things. The customer service department that is customer facing refuses to tell you what if anything they will pay before you incur the costs. Very helpful.
Since this happened we’ve discovered so many people with this exact faulty part that I can’t help but think the class action lawsuit and a large scale recall are coming.
However, in the meanwhile Chevy and Jerry Seiner are selling these trucks with the full knowledge many of them have a faulty transmission control module (hopefully this is the only issue) that will not only leave you stranded but will leave you without a vehicle for a long, long time. Jerry Seiner and Chevy only care about the money they can make off of you.
