My wife and I went to visit Jerry Seiner Kia today in South Jordan. Specifically we spoke with sales consultant Cameron Ross. We were looking at electrified SUVs including the Sorrento Plug-in and the EV6. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and patiently answered all of our questions. It was a great visit and afterward he graciously offered to drive us to the shopping mall close-by in a new Telluride. My highest recommendation goes to this dealership and if you're lucky enough to meet with Cameron, let him know that William B. sent you!

Salesman Link Van Allen tried to railroad me into a vehicle on the lot. He seemed totally hyped up. Promised to send me a quote and didn't. Will not return to this dealership or any other JS dealership.

I wouldn’t go here for a trade in. Link and Oscar were great but whoever does the appraisal wanted to give me a trade in value of 2k for my car. Despite it’s mechanical issue (which is purely an emissions issue) it is worth at least 3 or 4k according to Kelley Blue Book or JD power if not more. They were practically wanting to steal it from me. Might be okay if you aren’t doing a trade in but otherwise save your time and money and go someplace else.

We love going to Kia South Jordan because we feel they care about us! Every time we have a problem with any of our cars we get help from them right away. They try to figure it out the problem and come up with a solution immediately so we don't have to come back or go home disappointed. Malik makes sure to take care of us and he always tries to help us the best he can, regardless if it is a small problem or a big problem, he will even try to fit us right in sometimes considering that we can't really make appointments because of our crazy work schedules, at the end we know for sure we will leave after they satisfied our cars needs up to the best of their capabilities.

I love my Cadenza, but not real happy with the service I received recently. In April 2023, the car started shaking and zero power. I took it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic. They said it could be a fuel injector. After several attempts of calling Kia service, leaving voice messages to call me back, I was finally able to talk to a service rep. They told me to bring it in, but I’d need to leave it. Two day later and $185 I got my car back. I drove it to work and on the way home the problem started again plus the check engine light came on. I brought the car back to Kia and asked for a loaner car, but one wasn’t available so I had to rent a car. After 2-3 weeks and numerous test they were unable to find the problem. The good news was I would get a new engine and a loaner, after fighting for it. I was told to return the loaner in the same condition as I received it. This was the first of May. I finally car my car back this month - 5 months later. I detailed the loaner inside and out and filled the tank, just as I was told and because I have respect in myself. My car was filthy inside and out, the gas tank was empty, my back seat was laying on the floor and the 2 strips that go from the windshield to the back window are cracked and flaking, probably from sitting in the hot sun for 6 months. I also was told I needed to buy a new battery for $350 because mine no longer would hold a charge, I’m guessing because it sat, unattended, for 6 months. They were the ones who emptied my gas tank, my car was clean inside and out and the strips were perfect. I was told it would cost around $900-$1,000 to fix the strips. I filled the tank the following day and the gas smell inside the car was so strong I had to have all the windows down. Once again I called Kia and after several attempts to talk with a rep I finally got through and was told to bring the car back in. Once again I had to leave the car and was told 3 days later the gasket to the gas tank had to be replaced as it cracked when they were putting the car back together. Now my car seems to be running good, but my faith in Kia service is gone. Thank God I purchased the extended warranty outside of the $175 injector and $285 new battery (Auto Zone). I’ve gone to a few body shops for a bid to fix the strip and have been told they are surprised Kia didn’t offer to fix them or at least give me a discount since it was their fault this happened.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was probably the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past. From my first phone call to the end of driving off the lot was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the doors and while I waited for the salesperson I spoke with, my family was offered drinks. We met with Ivan, and let me tell you, I cannot say enough good things about him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a level of calmness about him where you don’t feel like you are being pressured or manipulated into anything you don’t want to do. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions along the way. He never once seemed annoyed or bothered by my kids being there and sometimes interrupting. Signing paperwork in finance was great. There was no unexpected increases in the payment that was given before going in. When I received the car, it had a full tank of gas, everything was clean and in pristine condition. Ivan took his time explaining all the features and safety mechanisms of the car. You could tell he wanted our experience to be good from the start to the end, and even after driving off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership and Ivan if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Great experience buying a new car for my daughter. Cameron Ross is a great person and good salesman - customer focused and great product knowledge. Ryan, the finance manager makes it super easy. Cameron spent at least 90 minutes with my daughter helping her pair her phone and get set up on all the automation and electronic features in the car. We purchased a Kia Sportage X Pro Prestige - the enhanced safety features are second to none.Highly recommend South Jordan Jerry Seiner Kia

My experience was awesome, from the phone call to inquire about cars on site, all the way through the purchasing process. The staff was welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. Walked in and was able to go for a test drive and then went straight to pricing it out. Rocky is a pro cars salesman and relatable. He was helping a new hire, Sam learn the ropes. I felt very well taken care of, answered all my questions, it felt like they were there to truly help me not just sell a car. Due to some staffing the paperwork took a little longer, but everyone made us feel taken care of and they utilized that time to still do aspects of the process (just a little out of order) offered snacks and drinks while we waited and were very truthful about the wait. Very refreshing. After the experience I felt like the guys I worked with were long time friends. Highly recommend using this dealership.

Recently got an EV6. Overall a good experience. The finance guy was absolutely incredible. 5 stars for him.Only giving 4 stars overall because it was advertised to have included both a level 2 charger and a $500 credit towards its installation, but they pulled the credit and only included the charger. They also said one of the options could be removed, but during negotiation they reversed and said it couldn't.

My car had a check engine light turn on, so I decided to start looking at new cars. We went around to all the dealerships to look at options to think about for the new car. I had seen a rio on KSL and wanted to potentially see it in person. While I wasn't able to see it on the lot I did find the Seltos. Which I thought was super cute. We decided to add it to the list of options, but keep looking. So we went around to some other dealerships to explore other car options, but ended up coming back. We went inside to ask for a test drive, and ended up meeting with Tyler. We took the car around, and I really did like it. But I told Tyler that I was going to think about it, but go home and do some research. He was totally accepting of that fact. I went home. And did all my research of the cars. I ended up really loving the Seltos. Tyler didn't follow up with me for a few days. Which I appreciated, since several other dealers texted me even 10 minutes after leaving asking when I was coming back. But I wanted to go look at what colors/ package levels were coming in. They didn't have any extras on the lot, but were upfront about that. I put a $500 non refundable deposit on the seltos I wanted. And was told to expect it in two months. Not a worry tho. I got the color I wanted over one that would be here sooner. I got a text in the next two weeks that the timeline got updated! And that it would be here a month sooner than expected. I got my financing started and ready for it to come. But then the next week it ended up here! Much sooner than I expected. We went to the dealer and started paperwork. And it was pretty quick and easy. But at one point I realized the paperwork wasn't the color I had originally ordered. I brought this to Tyler's attention, and he pulled the car out of the inspection it undergoing so I could look at it in person. It wasn't that far off. Just a lighter shade of gray than I had initially wanted. I gave the go ahead for it. I believe it was just a misunderstanding when I had put my deposit down. And that he misheard that I wanted the darker over the lighter gray. But he spoke with the manager, and I did get an extra year of free maintenance for the error. We went to the financing desk. And this is the only spot I felt was a bit uncomfortable. We worked with Erik. And he was pushing the extra warranty and protection packages. But I wasn't wanting to pay an extra $5000 or so to add on the extra warranty to the car. Especially when the factory warranty is already good. We made it out of the finance office. And signed on the car, which ended up being 2k less than I initially expected. The inspection was still finishing up, so we went home for a bit. Tyler let me know when it was ready, and then helped me set up the app and connect it to the car, and went over the basics on the buttons. I took it home that day and love the car!!! One last complaint, I was pre approved through my credit union, but have limited credit, as this is my first auto loan. So the credit union had to approve it a certain way. Not a big deal and I knew about it ahead of time. But when I got the call from Kia about how I had one more finance thing to finish up( which I figured was going to happen), Erik let me know that he had actually had another credit union give me a loan offer so he didn't have to work around the special way mine was put together. But the interest rate was higher, so it didn't matter. I didn't appreciate that at all, especially since I now have an extra hard check on my credit. But I'm the end, it was a low pressure dealer, and very fast and easy ( out of the dealership in less than 3 hours). And I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia. Although I did have a couple issues they took care of it. And I know if I had gone with a car from any other dealer I had looked at, it would have been a worse experience.

We had a great experience buying a car here. We did our research knowing we wanted a Kia. We found the team very professional and friendly. Followed up about our purchase and our car is great. This Kia location also feels pretty high end. Especially compared to Toyota.

AVOID WADE AS YOUR SALESMAN!! We've been on the waiting list for a telluride since Sep 2021. James was our original salesman and was not super impressed with his attitude and overall personality. Hardly kept us notified of any changes or updates in the 15 months he was employed there. Then in may of 2023, we tried contacting James only to find out he no longer worked there. We were contacted by wade about our car that it had been involved in hail damage at the plant in Georgia. I asked him several questions that he couldn't answer and even admitted he had never had anyone be sothorough in their questioning. He kept calling me 'sweetie' and 'sweetheart' and talking down to me. I told him I no longer wanted that telluride since I didn't want to have to deal with paint chips over time and everything else that comes with purchasing a hail damaged car. He told me he would place a new order right then for another telluride and it would be a few months. Fast forward to Sep 2023. We tried contacting wade over NUMEROUS phone calls and texts over 3 weeks. They were never answered or replied to. We called the dealership and left him several messages there to CALL US BACK. Still nothing. We were told he was on several vacations back to back and he would be in the following day. I called and had to leave another message. Didn't hear back. I called the dealership again and they transferred me to Linc who is another salesman since we were done trying to contact wade. Linc checked on our order and said our car would be arriving Sep 26. We were ecstatic! Our car arrived and we were working though financing with linc. Then on Oct 2 we were notified by linc that our car had been sold out from under us! EXCUSE ME WHAT?!! How does our car that we've waited for 2 years for end up being sold!!?! Linc told us he notified the general manager Ryan of our situation. Linc was just as frustrated as we were! He was dumbfounded. Then I hear that it was FREAKING WADE that was the one who sold our car on Sep 30 to some random person! I am BEYOND frustrated and pissed off at Wade. He KNEW our situation and all we had been through with our hail damaged car and was the one to order our new one!!! He knew and still sold it. I hope he has some serious repercussions coming his way. He's a slimy car salesman. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Michelle M. greeted me with confidence and warmth, even though she was a fairly new consultant. She was not pushy or condescending and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me informed of vehicles that arrived that I might be interested in. She helped me set the frequency of our communications that would be sensitive to my needs - a huge plus! Unfortunately, I was not able to find the right car from Jerry Seiner, because I really wanted to give my business to Michelle. I would recommend her to everyone!
