We had a high-quality experience with Integrity First Lending. The interest rate was very competitive, and the offer even came with a substantial credit toward closing. There was a significant time limitation in our home purchase because we needed to close by a certain date. In addition to that, we encountered some complications with the previous mortgage broker, which created delays, and those circumstances forced us to look for alternatives. Ben Parker was our loan officer - a competent professional with high work ethics and strong knowledge in the mortgage industry. Lennys Bermudez Molina was our loan processors. Both of them expeditiously reacted to our situation and were consistently responsive and attentive to our needs during the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to close on our house on time. Thank you, everybody, who was involved in our case!

"WOW" is all I can say. Lisa and Lenny's were a great team, phenomenal in every part of the process. They were patient and helpful and went above and beyond anytime I needed help understanding what was needed. I will use her to refinance when rates drop and they will save us money again! I didn’t end up using them, but the guy (Jaime) I was in contact with was responsive, professional and their rates were better than every other place that quote me.I have a relationship with a previous lender so he just matched their rate. You should consider giving them a call for sure.

I never reached out to them, they somehow found out I was getting a loan and started contacting me. I told them no thank you, yet I still get called and messaged. I'm surprised to see them rated so highly if this is something they do.

Looked for a rate with another company, didn't even know this place existed, and they blow up my email and texts with unrequested business soliciting. I will NEVER do business with a company like this.

Integrity First lending is by far the best mortgage company we’ve worked with. After going through multiple other loan officers, who did not seem to care about our prioritize getting us pre-approved for a loan, Lisa at integrity had us pre-approved and on the road to purchasing in a single day. She treated us like her most important client, even though we were buying a small home with FHA financing. This company was able to find a solution to our financing needs, despite less than favorable circumstance. We will always use them, and Lisa, in the future.
