The sales team at Honda World was great, but my experience with the finance guy was extremely frustrating. He kept giving them paperwork to present without showing the full totals, and when I pulled out my camera and calculator to double-check the numbers, they became noticeably uncomfortable. When I approached his desk to clarify the details, he threw out vague numbers in an attempt to convince me I was getting a great deal, but it felt like he was using every shady tactic in the book.
When I questioned him further and scrutinized the numbers, he got upset—acting more like a frustrated toddler than a professional—and eventually told me to leave. I’m glad I stood my ground instead of playing into his manipulation. Doing my due diligence and asking for transparency shouldn’t make a finance professional upset. Before I left, he tried to defend himself by saying, 'I’m a good person.' But years of experience manipulating customers and fudging numbers is not what I’d call 'good person' behavior. I can't recommend the finance department at Honda World based on this experience.

I was in Salt Lake City from about 5 hours away wanting to purchase a rancher or a foreman. The salesman had no idea what colors they had in stock and even told me they didn't make the rancher in the tan color. I told him they did in the 2024 model but not the 2025. Do yourself a favor if you need a Honda and drive down south to Cedar City. Please retrain your salesman in this place. What a joke. Had I received great service, I would have been driving home with a new Honda today........that's not the case.

Always a pleasure going into Honda World. 10/4/24, going to add to this for these guys. Went for a sxs ride up in Heber to cascade springs on a sponsored ride they had posted . We did not realize there was a $10 parking fee and Honda world covered it for multiple people, including a friend of mine who did not get his talon from them. Then they supplied Jimmy John’s for lunch. Tell me who does this kind of thing anymore? Not to many. A company like this is more than a company. Thanks again. See ya soon.

I recently had my 2023 Goldwing repaired at Honda World after an unfortunate accident, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience! Daniel in the service department went above and beyond in every possible way. He handled everything with the utmost professionalism and kept my best interests at the forefront of every conversation with the insurance company. Not only was the repair work flawless, but Daniel also checked in on me throughout my recovery, showing genuine care and compassion.
The entire process was smooth and worry-free, thanks to Daniel and the incredible team at Honda World. The pricing was fair, the service was exceptional, and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly goes the extra mile for their customers, and Honda World has earned my trust and loyalty

Bought a used bike here. It was a great experience! Tayler and the team were super helpful and answered all questions and concerns I had. Once we struck a deal and started paperwork, I was out and riding in less than 20 minutes. Would buy here again!

Took my bike here to get a quote on parts after I crashed it pretty badly, dropped it off, week later I go and pick it up and am charged two hours of labor. This was a surprise, I was never notified I was going to be charged two hours labor for this service. I feel like your service department should notify the customer either before or when they drop off the bike that they will be charging you two hours of labor, if I had known about the labor charge for an inspection I wouldn’t have dropped my bike off.

Matt was absolutely incredible and super helpful in service. He was patient, explained everything and beyond flexible with me regarding pick up and drop off. Getting a bike is easy but finding the right team to take care of it after is difficult. You won’t have any problems with them ! Thank you again, Matt!

I brought my bike in, I got a flat tire tire and thought I had to be replaced. When they looked at my tires, they saw that my front tire was low on air pressure, and the back tire went flat because it was solo. They filled the tire and found that there was no hole and they were kind enough to not charge me at all. I really respect people that are honest, I will definitely make sure that in the future I continue to come here these guys earned my business today

I have been greeted by the friendly and enthusiastic staff at Honda World each time I visited to purchase parts and chemicals. It was a natural choice to visit them when it came time to buy a new bike. My salesman, Medium, was a giant when it came to working with me and answering my questions. His service before, during, and after the sale was top-tier. All of the staff were great to work with.
You really do meet the nicest people on a Honda.

I am absolutely so impressed with every experience I have had at Honda World. Chris is great at helping me find parts for my motorcycle, Adam helped me find some gloves that worked for me. Most of all, I am thankful for Jason for thoroughly going thru my bike and fixing all the parts on my motorcycle so meticulously to ensure my safety. I promise nothing is scarier than being your own motorcycle mechanic when your real profession is a hairstylist. I promise it is always best to leave it to the professionals when it comes to motorcycles. Thank you guys!!!!

I purchased a service agreement from this store. I was promised 3 scheduled oil changes at 100 miles 600 miles and 1200 miles. It cost 3000.00 $
After doing the first two they refused to provide the service that I paid for.
Bottom line is they charged me 1400.00 $ for the third oil change.
The sales manager told me he would be happy to sell me another service agreement
So first I get screwed out of 1000 ..$
Then they want me to sign up for it again
Talk about service with a smile.
I can only say I will never visit honda world again. If you want to throw your money away they are happy to help you
I have the paper work. You did actually charge me a total of 1400.00 for the last oil change. I am happy to show you the math.... stealing is stealing.

I purchased a window package. Around 2000.00 $ the door handles worked twice. The window may have worked for 3 or 4 rides.
I am sure you want to sell me another kit.
I have been able to take my machine wherever I need to go..absolutely love it...

All the mirrors had to be glued in place after the service department stripped the clamps
Purchased a partical separator.
It literally fell off. I had to purchase new brackets, (lock tite) is commonly used.
Except at honda world.
Guess you would rather make a sell
You never told me it could expire...

Took in my 2003 VTX 1800. I needed a new rear axle, bearings, back tire replaced, rear brake leak reapaired, rear brake pads replaced, and another key made. While there was a factory delay on the axle, Jason and his Service Team kicked butt and got it all taken care of for me. More than just the work, the communication from Jason was excellent, and his techs were great at helping me around the place. Honda World is my new fav shop. Also when I was in on Saturday to pick her up, met several other riders who were just enjoying the day for a variety of reasons to be there. Thank you Men- next time I need anything they are my "go to".... LET'S RIDE!!!
