I wouldn’t recommend booking here, we won’t be back again.Positives: housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, room size (this is why we love this brand as a family).Negatives: breakfast was really bad (out of almost everything by 8A and not restocking even when asked, all the sandwiches were very dry, we almost just preferred not to eat, but my kids had cold cereal), lots of small maintenance issues (sink not draining, mold and rust), front desk staff not really looking for ways to help…

Decent size room. Room is clean. AC can be a bit loud in some of the room. It's convenient location with few restaurants nearby. The service and staff always makes you feel welcome. And they always go above and beyond to help. Some even bake the cookies freshly themselves that went into the welcome bag. This is truly the home away from home for me when I am on business travel to SLC.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our week’s stay was here. From the min we rolled in (at nearly 10pm) we were so comfortable and tended to by the friendly staff.I first want to start off by saying that the outsourced customer service was less than adequate. One representative hung up on me and the other could hardly answer my questions properly. The latter was able to route me to the main office which I’m grateful for. Had I just called the number off google, I would’ve been connected directly. I used the customer service number off the app so that is a major flaw in the booking system when going through Hilton App.Anyway, both people I spoke to after that were helpful and beyond accommodating; I believe they were Jaycee and Shantelle (my spellings are likely way off.)Jaycee helped make sure my reservation errors were corrected and Shantelle helped me secure an accessible room for my husband with a disability. This was a huuuuge impact for our stay as we were confident we could stay safely and soundly.Francisco greeted us warmly as we arrived tired and very late in the evening. Helped us with the bell carts and showed us where everything was. My daughter was so delighted there were complimentary, fresh cookies available upon checking in.Francisco continued to be a gracious host and attendant throughout our stay.Parking lot is uncovered but directly in front and seemingly safe. We had no issues. There are entrances to the rooms on every side of the building. No electric vehicle charging stations. The lobby was clean and inviting. I thought instantly about how nice it would be to have breakfast and coffee there in the am. There was fresh water and infused water offered throughout the whole day, as well as hot water for tea. Tea and coffee were free for guests and also available 24/7. This was a major hit for us. There is also a fresh fruit tray that you can get a healthy snack at for free as well. They were mostly apples while we were there but sometimes oranges. There were many food options in the area so dinner and all extra meals were easy to plan. The hotel even offers a fully stocked snack bar with a good variety of items to purchase all day.Since check in, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay.Room was clean and had everything we needed down to; toaster, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, all the accessories, a large rolling desk that doubles as a dining table, high chairs, two TVs, and a hot plate/stove upon request. The sofa was a pull-out bed as well. The property had a workout center that was definitely upgraded, laundry facilities, and outdoor grilling areas. We did not utilize the cleaning service as we spent a lot of time with family so were hardly there to make a mess. They do offer cleaning and clearly post the availability and schedule. There were minor issues/maintenance that needed tending in the room but nothing that impacted our stay. There was a pet relief area and some doggie treats in the lobby. We did hear a dog barking at several points during our stay.We requested the first floor for our disability reasons and of course could hear guests rolling and walking around upstairs sometimes. Something to remember if you wanna stay on the ground level. My husband and daughter loved the swimming pool. Towels were provided.I have to say, the free breakfast was delicious. We’re pretty easy to please but I have point out how awesome the variety was. There’s a waffle station, oatmeal, cereal, and granola with allllll the fixings. Yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, and assorted breads. What was over the top was the many warm offerings of breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and even scrambled egg bowls. Lots of juice, milks, and again, the waters. This helped us on our day-to-daysWe encountered some other helpful staff members during our stay like Tee and another young lady working late night/early am who helped up with getting us some house keeping items. As well as the housekeeping staff.Rooms: ADA accessible rooms are very comfortable and accommodating.Everything was tidy. Small repairs could be done but did

I was very well attended to since the end of September when I arrived there, especially by Francisco from the front desk, when I arrived from work he offered me the delicious fresh and warm cookies and I took them to my room with my coffee,Thank you Francisco for all your attention during the time I was there, very attentive and helpful, thank you for having employees like that!??

A nice place, with comfy rooms. The hot breakfast isn't much, really. But the staff is friendly and hot cocoa, coffee save cookies! In a good location for the interstate and even restaurants you can walk to.

You are the only Hilton we've stayed at that doesn't offer a veteran discount or contractor rate. I was also charged for an extra night. I called and was told I had to call back when their manager was in. Pretty frustrating.

I rarely write a strongly negative review but would really recommend you stay away from this place. This hotel cancelled my booking in the late afternoon on the day of my arrival from an long haul flight and didn't provide any replacement solution or apologies. They even offered me to come instead the next weekend, as they had availabilities ! Sure, let's change my business arrangements to help them out ! I understood from my travel agency that the hotel had done an overbooking.Plus, my colleagues who stayed there found the place completely overpriced - for 220 dollars or so a night, you will eat basic motel breakfast in plastic plates and find a pool under repair, and on occasions not even have hot water !

Hotel seems to need renovation. The pool is out of order from may-december. Scratches on the walls and door jams, and color mismatched patching around the fire sprinklers in the rooms. When we checked in, the front desk had to go let somebody in their room because they couldn't make a key, and an incidental hold of $150 per room is outlandish considering the small small pantry with mostly candy in it.Home2 is a familiar brand, but this one could use a little help.

The first girl that came from the back stepped up to the computer and just stared at us. Didn't say a word. She acted very put off that we were even there. Finally, we had to say, "we are here to check in." she rolled her eyes, and at that point, one of the guys in my party had enough and said something about her attitude. We had paid for 2 nights as always and checked in in the morning. She had canceled our rooms. She explained, in her terrible attitude, that this was policy. I understand that but We stay in hotels every night. We are hilton Diamond members, and we have never had a room cancel that was paid for. Luckily, another guy came from the back to help. Although he also had a terrible attitude, he was willing to help . Long story short, it didn't have to get to that point, but the terrible customer service started the chain reaction. The room was a bit dated. Bathtub was dirty, but we managed.

Came in from out of town, was able to bring my dog, and work from a quiet clean spacious room. I loved staying. here and am excited to come back.Rooms: I had a king sized room with bed, couch, desk, (with enough outlets) shower bathroom and kitchenette which made my stay perfect for working solo.

We rented a meeting room for 2 days and ended up having to set it up ourselves. Couldn't even give us coffee for free after they didn't hello set up. Was charged twice for my room. I had to talk to someone twice to very it taken care of. Good selection for breakfast. Typical mid level hotel food. Housekeeping was good.

Nice location, friendly staff, and the room was well decorated, close to many food place. Even had a paved walking path behind the hotel. The only issue with the room was the bathroom shower leaked and looked like it had for a while as there was previous water damage to the wall and floor. Besides that, we had a nice stay and will go back.
