Nice hotel had a big enough room for our family of 5.Like all hotels right now it is pricey. Ever since COVID all hotels raised their prices and it is getting a little old.

The train was a little bit of a concern. It is a local transit train but it didn’t keep us up and we stayed on the side that they stop at. All in all it was a good stay.Rooms: Room was very clean they did only have 2 towels in a double queen room. But all in all room was nice. The train did make some noise but I never did hear it after I went to sleep.Food & drinks: Food was ok. They were fast in making things correct when the steak sandwich came with yellow mustard instead of the chipotle sauce. They didn’t have the cider beer that my wife ordered which was kinda a bummer. Food met the need.

Got the room with two queens and pull out sofa sleeper for our family. Pool was nice and kids enjoyed swimming. It's close to the freeway but we didn't notice noise from traffic.

I've stayed here several times. It's always exactly what I need. Great value, great location, great customer service. On this trip I needed to do some work and at 530am. I realized I had forgotten a cable for my laptop. I went to the front desk hoping they had a loaner pile or something in a lost and found. Johnny at the front desk, without hesitation, unplugged his own personal cable and told me to get it back to him when I could. Not to mention that 4.5 hours earlier at 1am he was a friendly smile at check in.Things like this are what guests remember and keep them coming back. This will be "my hotel" in South Jordan from now on. Thanks Johnny!

To start with, the heat in my first room didn’t work. I got a terse response that they would call maintenance and never heard back. I went downstairs to ask for a different room where I would not hear the train. I was told there was nothing available on the side without the train. So they put me in a room next to super loud AC units for the building the elevator which were both running all night. In the morning I come to find out the hotel was only half full so there was room available. Needless to say I barely slept and had a pretty poor experience. Also, the WiFi hardly works and there’s not much cell reception.I didn’t have really high expectations but I think a quiet room with heat WiFi is pretty basic these days. There’s lots of other hotels in the area. I’d choose somewhere else

The food is excellent! I was able to attend for three days and was able to enjoy the haute cuisine they offer there.

We enjoyed our stay Staff was friendly room was really clean the bed was really comfortable to only negative thing was our room was next to the house keepers closet and they were slamming the door and being very noisy at 12.00 am waking us up also the elevator was really slow ?Nearby activities: House keeping was really noisy at midnight

Great customer service, friendly people, beautiful views and great location. Very clean. The only negatives are: one elevator works and it's slow... the other is out of service. It takes forever to get it up to your floor and multiple people are needing it to so it stops often along the way up or down. Also the hot water is limited in the morning when showering.

Reason for 2 star was overall I’m more likely not to return than to visit this hotel again. Biggest gripe is it’s location. It’s immediately adjacent to train tracks that has many night trains that continually woke me up. Normally I would look if a hotel is near those since I’m a light sleeper, but unfortunately I was only here because my flight was delayed and missed my connection so the airline chose my hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was midway between SLC and several ski resorts. The day shift employee at the front desk was very welcoming and capable. The night shift front desk person was the exact opposite. The restaurant/ cafe worker was nice but he was the only one, so it was hard for him to keep up, especially at breakfast time when it was busy.

Location is right next to commuter train. Hotel restaurant has great service and delicious breakfast , about 15-20 per person. Lobby has free tea and coffee. Pool spa needs resurfacing ..

Unusable free WiFi. What is this? Dial up? So much for streaming Netflix, YouTube, or even browsing the web.
