“I love this store, but their restrooms are horrible. Every time I go in to use them, they are never clean. The toilets are always gross, the floors are dirty, and things are in disrepair.”
“Stopped by the store a couple of days ago. Met the owner and his wife. They were very kind and helpful. I bought a one oz gold round. Initially a Krugerrand, but I have some already and was actually looking for some maples. He let me know that he would have someone coming in later that day to drop off five of the one oz maples and if I changed my mind, he would swap me out. I had a dentist appointment so I had to run, but when I was finished, I called him and asked if he received the maples. He did, and he allowed me to come back and swap my Krugerrand out for the maple. Great customer service and I’ll be going back for future purchases. Thanks, Ron!”
