They actually backed in another vehicle when the bay n front of which I was parked became open. What's an extra 20 minutes of wait time between friends?To paraphrase the old saying, that's all I need to know about your customer service.Update: I was told at the time of service that my rear brakes were "paper-thin" and likely to go metal-on-metal imminently. When I disassembled them, I found at least 50% pad material remaining.Is lying to the customer the business model here?

Today on my birthday, I came in for an oil change because I had a prior positive experience here. I noticed a different staff working today and the service was lacking. I had an arrogant individual who claimed to be the manager of the place, charge me a price much higher than the one agreed on. I stated that I would not be coming back to this place, and with a horrible attitude he said that he did not care. Which in reality, his attitude goes accordingly to their service. They do not care about providing good service because they do not care about the customer. I tried to get information about their higher ups, but he did not collaborate with any information. This is not a good look for this establishment. I hope that this is only the bad attitude of an employee and not the business as a whole.

Came here to get my registration renewed as well as an emissions test, they were so quick and efficient! They also fixed my windshield wipers that have been squeaking for months for a reasonable price (the Audi dealership would have charged me at least 3 times the amount I’m sure)

They charged me $102 for an oil change, $109 with tax. This was a dodge caravan 5 quart job. Way too much. I won't go back.

I needed a recovery/vacuum/recharge done on my car's air conditioning system. They had the most competitive pricing out of 6 places I called. I was so thrilled I had my oil changed there also and the did it at the same time! Great pricing. Very efficient. Knowledgeable staff. A+

Maybe I got lucky but I went midday on a Saturday for emissions and registration and they had no wait. I visited this same location for oil changes when it was Halvoline and they are still just as efficient as they were then. I've never had to wait for long.The employees work hard to give you the best service they possibly can and they are cheerful while doing so.

Thought this was a Jiffy Lube for State Emissions & when I found out it wasn’t I gave them a chance. Will be back again. Employees were awesome & very fast.
