Complete joke. Hung up on me twice. Do these pharmacists not know anything about customer service? Half of the pharmacists and techs here act like you’re just putting them out when requesting simple tasks, then hang up on you when you get frustrated with their pretentious and condescending demeanor. I guess they don’t teach proper customer service skills in school. Sad. It’s people like these that’s wrong with western medicine. Just take a look at the mediocre reviews, i think they speak for the poor quality of care these healthcare “professionals” provide.

I decided to go shopping for bread today. Just look at the pictures I took of Harmons bakery department Okay, you think, "This is just a supermarket, right?" Not true. If you are looking for exceptionally high-quality food, with great variety in every category, good prices, over the top friendly service, and a really clean brightly lit place to shop for your family then the only place you can go for all of the above is a Harmons!! In addition to having a broad selection of generic and name-brand products, Harmons has great seasonal produce and adorable holiday candies and home decorations. Every employee I have ever questioned about finding a product has stopped what they were doing, and immediately escorted me over to the exact location of the commodity I sought. This neighborhood grocery is even cleaner than the much vaunted Publix supermarkets found in the deep south. I would highly recommend you do the bulk of your grocery shopping here to have the very best experience.

This would be zero if I could. I have put in feedback, and also emailed this company. With no response. I did the eshop where you pick up your food. I did not get some items in great shape nor did I get all of what I paid for. I feel that Harmons has stolen from me. I want a refund per my request on my feedback( where I said I wanted to be contacted and was not) and per the email I sent in which is going on two weeks with no answer. I gave the feedback two weeks before emailing. Harmons does not have good customer service!!!!!!

The Pharmacy at Harmons - The District is far and away the worst. They’re terrible. I’m not kidding when I say I have nothing but problems with this pharmacy. 0 stars if I could. Every. Single. Month. there’s an issue. They can never keep one thing or another adequately stocked, something is always out (let me repeat: something is ALWAYS out), and only half of their employees know how to count or know what day of the month it is. Also I’d say roughly half of the employees in the pharmacy have bad attitudes (I’d prefer to call it personality deficits). Calling corporate to vent your frustrations will not help, it fixes nothing. I’ve tried. I have never in my life had so many ongoing issues with a pharmacy. Since they won’t transfer my prescriptions to another Harmons pharmacy, once my refills run out, I will NEVER give them my business ever again, and will ensure everyone I know does the same, that’s how bad the pharmacy is at Harmons - The District. Don’t walk away from this pharmacy, run! They’ve earned this negative review.

Harmon's is the store closest to my house I only shop if I am desperate for something quick ... the prices are so high even a box of rice Krispy cereal is $7.49 I don't think the service is great anymore I will drive miles to save money and enjoy nice people helping me !

So glad you carry Nancy Silverton's gelato! Wow this is the real Italiano. This reminds me of being in Italy it's so fresh and tasty. Yum!

They couldn't fill a prescription because they were out. Which is fine. Called back a couple weeks later and was told they did fill it, without my permission, and since I never picked it up, it was returned to stock. They also never called to tell me that they filled it. So they have someone filling Schedule 1 drugs in patient names and without contacting the patients. Which is super suspicious. I've unfortunately had to pull all my families prescriptions from Harmons because I don't believe patient privacy is a priority.

Made an appointment for a vaccine. Tried to make an appointment for two at the same time. Their website doesn't let you do that. So I called and they said I could request it when I got there and they'd make it work. So I did. They told me they couldn't do that without another appointment. And the guy was a dick about it too

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for about 2 years, for all of my special needs sons prescriptions. I have to come more than I would like, but the Pharmacist John, and the male tech who has long hair, are the reason I keep coming back to this location. They are always so informative, helpful, kind, and have a positive attitude, which is hard to find now days.

Love Harmons but hate their prices. Harmons at this located is clean and comes well stocked. Too bad it's a little pricey and the closest grocery store for us.
