I will never understand the people they hire for their “Customer Service” it is shocking. It was a 30 min wait for ONE balloon. Which I was never able to buy! Employees all around but no one can ever seem to help. Maybe hire people that can communicate and offer help & solutions. You have RUDE employees.

Dear HarmonsWow, shopping in your store last week we happen to be in the fruits and vegetable department, I believe an employee was just walking by the department not sure if she was the manager or not but she was extremely knowledgeable about the fruits and vegetables that we were purchasing that day.We are long time Harmons customers since the late 90s. As usual, we were extremely impressed with how she told us about the fresh squeezed orange juice, and some of the other products that only Harmons does.We are so very happy to continue to shop with you all… My best friend just let me know that the young ladies name was Tonya.Great customer service from this person and as usual we love you Harmons. Mike and April.

I decided to go shopping for bread today. Just look at the pictures I took of Harmons bakery department Okay, you think, "This is just a supermarket, right?" Not true. If you are looking for exceptionally high-quality food, with great variety in every category, good prices, over the top friendly service, and a really clean brightly lit place to shop for your family then the only place you can go for all of the above is a Harmons!! In addition to having a broad selection of generic and name-brand products, Harmons has great seasonal produce and adorable holiday candies and home decorations. Every employee I have ever questioned about finding a product has stopped what they were doing, and immediately escorted me over to the exact location of the commodity I sought. This neighborhood grocery is even cleaner than the much vaunted Publix supermarkets found in the deep south. I would highly recommend you do the bulk of your grocery shopping here to have the very best experience.

it’s a hit or miss with food quality at this grocery store except the prices which are always high. today i bought 12 pre cooked wings for $16 not cheap. when i got home all the sauce had spilled into the plastic bag and into cookies i got at harmons. the wings were dry and hard after heating them up. also there was no fresh produce this afternoon. all the roma tomatoes were dirty and bruised.

I love Harmons for meats. Usually produce but lately 5 out of 10 times I don’t get quality fruit. Disappointed in that and prices.

This would be zero if I could. I have put in feedback, and also emailed this company. With no response. I did the eshop where you pick up your food. I did not get some items in great shape nor did I get all of what I paid for. I feel that Harmons has stolen from me. I want a refund per my request on my feedback( where I said I wanted to be contacted and was not) and per the email I sent in which is going on two weeks with no answer. I gave the feedback two weeks before emailing. Harmons does not have good customer service!!!!!!

This location is very clean and has a good variety. The bakery is fabulous! The bread is delicious and fresh as are the other baked goods. The hot soups are also delicious and very fairly priced. A lot of the shelf items are overpriced compared to other grocers, but the sale items, bakery, and deli make it worth a visit.

Harmon's is the store closest to my house I only shop if I am desperate for something quick ... the prices are so high even a box of rice Krispy cereal is $7.49 I don't think the service is great anymore I will drive miles to save money and enjoy nice people helping me !
