Great service, they ran out of bands for my corsage which delayed me by about 15 minutes but gave me a free donut. Love this place and it’s employees

Harmons has great fruit and produce but holy cow they overcharge big time! $20 for a small bowl and $50 for a large tray. Way out of control and the definition of greed and price gouging. Lock it up Harmons! You ARE the most expensive grocery store in UT.

This store is incredible and the people who work in this store are also incredible. Thank you Harmon’s for having a great location so close in our neighborhood.

Nice neighborhood grocery store, limited brand selection and a bit pricey on some items but all the panty staples and a pretty great salad and soup bar. Also, if you want to grab a good burger and fries, Just Burgers is upstairs...!!

Look at the recent reviews... A few people left some scathing reviews, starting about two weeks ago with David Burnes, about the store director Nicole (Nicci) Rivetti. Then, about a week ago, known friends, family, and coworkers of Nicole react with reviews that are clearly manufactured to promote her. Finally, about 4 days ago, Nicole herself leaves her own self-congratulatory review. Which is not only a clear, explicit, and obvious conflict of interest, But it's also, frankly, disgusting. You could perhaps consider my own review to be a conflict of interest, due to my relationships with former or current employees, but I believe it to be important to point out what's going on. Additionally, thus far I have refrained from writing my own review due to a lack of first hand experience. However, that does also mean that most of these names are therefore familiar to me. Importantly, I know of at least 3 complaints that have been made directly to Harmons, and that have either been ignored, or were addressed by the store director, Nicole herself, rather than an HR rep. Out of the 1-star reviews, I recognize only one name: Erin Boon, who I know personally, and is definitely not employed by Harmons in any way. Here's some relevant information about each review, in order, from newest to oldest.1) Nicci Rivetti: 5 stars. 1 review. Obviously the store director herself, she didn't even try to use an alternate account name.2) Cosmonaut Kimchi: 1 star. 1 review. Very clearly points out harassment and these manufactured reviews.3) Jackie Fonua: 5 stars. 2 reviews. The other one was 2 months ago.4) Mike Stinton: 5 stars. 5 reviews. The last review before this was 5 years ago. This is the only one from Utah.5) Cambrey Olmos: 5 stars. 12 reviews. All 5 stars. Lots of name-drops.6) Steven Riv: 5 stars. 11 reviews. Known to be Nicole's husband. The last name Riv is short for Rivetti. From previous reviews, he seems to hate hipsters and likes big words. Daybreak is a "hipster town"... yet his review mentions supporting the community... a community of hipsters... you get my point?7) Dana Hayward: 5 stars. 1 review. She is mentioned in Nicci's review as "Dani", and is therefore explicitly currently employed at this location. I believe her name and face are on the manager picture board.8) Kim Gilbert: 5 stars. 4 reviews. Her review implies that both she and Nicci are employed here, providing evidence for conflict of interest.9) Mindi Hayes: 5 stars. 5 reviews. Suggests that all the bad reviews are from the same person, despite the distinct (at least to me) writing styles. Implies that she personally knows Nicole.10) Erin Boon: 1 star. 1 review. Hers was the only review that wasn't sure about the spelling or position of Nicole, and the only one of whom I personally know.11) tk: 1 star. 3 reviews. Points out the lack of staff, and the lack of passion from what staff they have.12) Rowan Capraun: 1 star. 2 reviews. A very venomous review, their other review is quite the opposite.13) David Burnes: 1 star. 1 review. The first review and the only second-hand review. There are a lot of patterns in here that you could draw various conclusions from, but here's the important thing; the fact that the review battle is even happening is a huge red flag. Other than relationships between names, the vast majority of these details are in the reviews or review histories of the reviewers. But importantly, If I WERE to include second-hand accounts, this would be a 10,000-word essay, and it wouldn't be pretty. There's more than one lesson in here, if anyone wants to find one. But at the very least, let it be known that (at least to my eyes) every 5-star review I listed constitutes a clear and easily identifiable conflict of interest, and therefore violates Google's terms of service. I'm not sure if this also constitutes a COI, but at least it's pretty obvious it's not fake.

Terrible store that has only gone down hill ever since it opened. The store director Nicci is openly a horrible person and constantly berates her workers and even starts targeting her harassment specifically towards them if they're LGBT+ (when I personally worked there she was to me)On top of all of these she has the audacity to leave a review praising herself on her own google account with her name and everything after all these recent 1 star reviews about her starting appearing on here.Awful store please go to any other Harmons.

I love this location! I came on here to say just that and was reading through the comments. There are some bashing the store manager, they all seem to be written exactly the same, maybe the same person? Nicci is a FANTASTIC store manager. I would shop here over any other store because of her. I have had to ask her for assistance on several occasions and she is always so helpful and kind. All of her interactions I have seen with employees are simply amazing. You will NOT be disappointed by shopping at this location.

Been in here a few times. Things have really gone downhill since they opened. I don't make reviews, but I saw one of the managers berating employees in full view of customers. She was mean, too. Like, I'm surprised the poor guy didn't start crying the moment she left. I looked at the manager board at the front of the store. The manager's name was some weird spelling of Nicky, and it said she was a store director or something like that. I should have written it all down before I left. With management like that, I'm not surprised other reviews are mentioning poor employee performance. I'm glad I don't work retail anymore. ?

I have shopped at Harmons in South Jordan for years, but after shopping at the Harmons in Day Break, I will never go anywhere else. The store is kept spotless, everything is fresh in the meat counter and bakery. Before I left I asked who the manager was and was told it was Nicci Rivetti, when I asked to speak with her she came right out, and was the most gracious person, I thanked her for keeping such a well run store in my neighborhood. Kudos to you Nicci on an exceptionally run store.

I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. Nicci and Dani are amazing. They make sure everyone is taken care of, they are so kind to the employees and customers and go out of their way to make everyone leave happy. They are assets to Harmons

Milk has been running low, or has been completely out the last 3 times I’ve been here.Being a smaller store, I understand the limited choices available; and I can usually find what I need except for a handful of items I have to go to a larger store for. They need to make sure tho that the basics are stocked.
