My sister and I went in for a “trim”, my hair was just past shoulder length, asked for 1 inch off the length, she took off 2 1/2. We stated clearly we’d had bad hair cut experiences in the past (little clue to stylists to be conservatives on the cuts ehh?) My sister (hair length was at her low back) said she wanted an inch off the length, stylist convinced us to do 3-4ish inches, after emphasizing we wanted to keep her length, we then agreed, then the stylist goes up 3 more inches from that and makes the chop. My sister left with hair shorter than my own (almost a bob) and it was a bad cut on both of us with the back being shorter than the front, giving us an unintended and choppy A line cut. We were in absolute shock but left with good manners. I went back the next day after we processed how awful and shocking the experience was to get our money back and the offending stylist was there, along with the manager and they fought me on the refund (even though their refund policy says they guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back) and fought me on both what had happened (I happily invited them to pull up camera footage as well as call up the other stylist who was a witness, and showed before and after photos) and was unapologetic and rude. I know it’s just great clips and a choppy trim is always part of the risk but to go in expecting an inch off, agreeing (and FULLY communicating where that cut line was, several times) on 3ish inches, only to have 7+ whacked off is I N S A N E. Oh and I almost forgot, when the stylist was arguing with me the next day she accused us saying “you girls were way too picky”. If picky is wanting a trim that’s 1-3 inches instead of 7 then yes, absofrikinlutely.
Stylist: Didn't catch her name and don’t want to. She had short dark hair, red dress, tons of confidence, you’ll think you’re communicating well with her but she’ll tell you one thing and then do what she wants and expect you to be grateful when it’s too late to change anything.

The lady who cut was super nice but gosh this is by far the worst hair cut i have ever received. They must just hire anyone. I could have cut my own hair better. I asked for a fade up to a 2 and what i got was not that. I didnt have the guts to tell her how bad it was.And the worst part is that i had to leave town right after. Havent even gotten the chace to shave my head yet. Anyways i will never be going to great clips again.

This was the worse haircut of my life! It was supposed to be 1-2 inches, he cut like 5!!! He couldn’t get my hair even on both sides so he just continued to cut it. My hair was almost up to my ear by the time I realized. The lady next to us had to step in and help him because he just wouldn’t stop!! Worse part is he never even apologized! When I told him to stop, he just said “I know” and kept on going. The other lady did apologize a couple times for him but he just went on with his day after having the nerve of telling me “Well, you still have to pay for it”. Which the other stylist told me to wait a minute while she grabbed a manager. Worse experience ever!! I got my money back but now my hair looks like a 5 year old cut it.

(It has been 2 years now since I made my first visit to Great Clips. The service is still stellar and Kelsie is still the great and professional barberess).
Just a quick shout out of appreciation to Kelsie my barberess. It was my first visit and Kelsie did an amazing job. In fact I loved my haircut! This is likely a tough business because haircuts are such a personal and subjective service and people can be difficult to please. But I would readily reccomend Kelsie and Great Clips. I am grateful to Kelsie and the many professionals out there in every trade who are willing to get up and show up everyday to serve their fellow beings.

My son loves this location. Everyone is nice, they always know exactly which hairstyle he prefers, since they’ve noted it on his account. He’s shy and does not like to make demands, and at this location, he never has to. The wait time is never what it’s quoted. We never end up waiting as long as we’re advised we “may have to wait.” This shows that they are respectful of time and personal schedules, as well.

Sorry, man! For the last review on Olivia, I have her back on your misinterpretation of what happened; I was there when she asked you what you wanted your son's haircut to look like, and she asked you plenty of questions. She was listening, and then you left the store while your kid was in the chair. So here is badass review on Olivia she’s been doing my kid's hair for 1 year now, and she is one the best stylist there. She listens and is always kind and friendly. My husband picky about who he go’s to so I wanted to add my two cents in. We love this location ?

Took my son here for a haircut and he got stylist Olivia. This was by far the worst haircut my son has got at any Great Clips. Olivia did not listen to what I told her and then when I tried to correct her she ignored me. I asked if she can fix parts where she missed and she told me it was good. I asked to talk with the manager and when I asked the manager, “Is this haircut I said when I walked in”? As she was there looking at us and she agreed it wasn’t. Manager asked to fix it and Olivia was just rolling her eyes. I decided to not let them touch my boys hair anymore. I went to GOAT haircuts to have them fix his hair and I am now feel a little better they fixed his crappy cut. Paid 2 places to only get one great haircut. Pay extra and bypass this place or avoid Olivia. Unprofessional and careless.
Stylist: Olivia is by far the worst stylist and I would highly recommend to wait for another stylist.

Worst experience ever in my 52 years. I've been going to great clips for years and always have been satisfied and treated well by the stylist. Until today 3-10-24. Manuel was the stylist. He kept pushing my head down to the point my neck was hurting. Instead of moving the chair so he could reach areas of my head he would grab my head and twist my neck. Very painful experience. I told him he was hurting my neck and I would wait for another stylist to finish the haircut. He refused and said he was going to finish the haircut. He was very rude. I will never go back to great clips again.

Horrible experience . Took my daughter there and they took 3 inches off the top. She asked to leave the top long. They said that in the notes it said to take 3 inches off. I never put anything down on how to cut it. I'm livid as a parent that my daughters hair is not the way she wanted it. Never ever going to this place again!!

Nice place .. the person who I dealt with was very cold. She would not talk or smile and is very curt.
