We had lots of questions and concerns about mattresses. He was very attentive and showed us all the options that applied to us based on our wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the differences in the mattresses and bases.
He walked through all of our questions and concerns and resolved all of them.
We never felt pressured to buy anything or a certain brand or quality of product.
