Went in today to make a few copies and was asked by the employee Mia in a very rude tone, "what brings you in today?" I explained what I needed and she pointed to the back copiers and said, "looks like you will have to wait, they are all being used." After some time went by the manager Robb, in a very kind way said she could help me at the main desk and copy area. Mia was upset and rude and gave him so much sass and attitude that I was shocked at how she talked to her co-worker and let alone the store manager (as it said on his badge). She threw a fit and acted like a young child who didn't get her way. She was not able to figure something out on the computer with charges so Rob was trying to help her. She swatted him away and said I can do this myself, I know what I'm doing. After about 10 minutes of her fumbling around on the computer program, Rob noticed I was still waiting for help. He came over to help and again she tried to swat at him and tell him to go away she was doing it he said, let me help you you're in the wrong screen, she again told him to get away that she was taking care of it. Robb handled this so professionally and did not revile her back yet. He gave her another minute to figure things out and noticed there were a couple customers waiting and then Robb came up and said, "why don't I finish this transaction?" and she again was angry and said, "let me do what I'm doing my way." He asked her so kindly to please step away and go to the register to help the customers. Robb fixed the transaction and thanked me for my patience. I am still in utter disbelief at the lack of respect along with the spiteful, angry, and prideful tone this Mia took with her coworker. It was painful to watch. Robb deserves 10 gold stars just for working with her. I hope he sees this review as it is only bc of him that I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you Robb!

Robb and his team here at this FedEx location are SUPER helpful, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I print construction plans pretty often and this is my go-to location.

The employees were completely unhelpful. They were uninterested in doing any work. I was trying to print and three of the employees were too put out to give me any time to purchase a card for printing. There was a customer standing in front of one of the copy machines literally doing nothing but trying to download on her phone. I waited 20 mins to get a copy machine and when I finally was able to copy Selena was extremely rude and put out that I had to purchase a card. The manager himself said to make sure not to put extra money on a card because it would be too difficult to get any unused money back. The customer downloading was rude and snappy and the employees did not care.

Worst customer service ever! The past two visits have been very disappointing. I wanted to have a 2x3 poster laminated and they said it would be $35 I went to a different copy store and had it done for $3. Next, tried to get someone to help with one of the in-store copiers but the employee had no knowledge of how to even use the copier. She told me I had to just keep doing trial and error at $.30 a copy, or come back the next day when there was someone who knew how to use the equipment. After coming back, with three employees in the store, and waiting about 10 minutes I heard the manager tell the other employee "Let her wait." So I left. I have used this copy store for the last 10 years and have always had courteous, knowledgeable employees help me with whatever I needed. Obviously this is no longer the case.

Aloso was phenomenal!! I went in tired, unhelpful and not on my game. He could have chosen to be completely rude to me for me not knowing what I was doing, instead he was 100% patient with me, changing my mood from tired and cranky to hopeful at the idea of getting all my chores done I still needed to get done that day with a smile on my face. Thanks Aloso!!!

I went in on Thursday to mail a package and pickup one as well. I don’t know why I didn’t realize the package I was picking up was huge (a 43” monitor that I could not have carried on my own) but the employee helping me was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name! He carried it outside for me and put it into the truck. I didn’t even have to ask him to do it, he just offered because I had my infant with me. Great customer service! On top of it, I had gone to UPS early to mail the same package and they quoted me almost $30 and FedEx was only $12.

How does a government run agency beat out a private sector business? This should not and does not happen but not in your case fedex. Usps is lightyears ahead of you and that is pretty pathetic! I have packages coming from overseas with other carriers arriving faster than a package shipped from California using your "service" if you even want to call it that. Any business using your service needs to have their head examined. You hide pretty well too with your automated system, can't say I'd blame you as I know I am not alone when I say that you are the bottom feeders of the industry and I will have a certain satisfaction when you close your doors for good which I can't imagine will be too much longer.Signed,Everyone that is forced to use your service

Your own signage says you’re open until 6pm. It’s 5:30 and your doors are locked. I’m relying on you maintaining your hours of operation. This is extremely frustrating.

Terrible customer service. I happened to have a friend who spoke the right language of the fedex employee on the phone (as English was not going to happen for this person) but that didn't help. That was after 33 minutes of trying to get transferred to a human. It's crazy but USPS is actually better than fedex now.
