Always great customer service when I come here. Robb helped me box up some items and he was very helpful. The other associate was helping someone at the counter and stopped to checked with each person waiting in line to see what we needed. One lady just had a package to drop off. He went over to the kiosk and scanned her label. Didn’t just say “oh, you can do it at the kiosk”. I felt very seen here and it was a pleasant experience.

My sister and I went in today to get some prints done for a family party. We were so overwhelmed. The staff were patient friendly and so helpful. Bonus points our prints were done within minutes we were expecting at least 24 hours.

Pretty rough experience through and through from FedEx. Not here to rant but i would never trust a package through them ever again in my opinion and no one actually cares. Use usps or ups

I've had four excellent interactions with the staff at this Fed Ex branch. On each occasion employees greeted me promptly with an offer to help. I had pre-printed shipping labels which they accepted and immediately took everything from there- on three of the occasions I was in the store for less than 30 seconds with all my objectives taken care of. This team deserves a big pat on the back.

Went in today to make a few copies and was asked by the employee Mia in a very rude tone, "what brings you in today?" I explained what I needed and she pointed to the back copiers and said, "looks like you will have to wait, they are all being used." After some time went by the manager Robb, in a very kind way said she could help me at the main desk and copy area. Mia was upset and rude and gave him so much sass and attitude that I was shocked at how she talked to her co-worker and let alone the store manager (as it said on his badge). She threw a fit and acted like a young child who didn't get her way. She was not able to figure something out on the computer with charges so Rob was trying to help her. She swatted him away and said I can do this myself, I know what I'm doing. After about 10 minutes of her fumbling around on the computer program, Rob noticed I was still waiting for help. He came over to help and again she tried to swat at him and tell him to go away she was doing it he said, let me help you you're in the wrong screen, she again told him to get away that she was taking care of it. Robb handled this so professionally and did not revile her back yet. He gave her another minute to figure things out and noticed there were a couple customers waiting and then Robb came up and said, "why don't I finish this transaction?" and she again was angry and said, "let me do what I'm doing my way." He asked her so kindly to please step away and go to the register to help the customers. Robb fixed the transaction and thanked me for my patience. I am still in utter disbelief at the lack of respect along with the spiteful, angry, and prideful tone this Mia took with her coworker. It was painful to watch. Robb deserves 10 gold stars just for working with her. I hope he sees this review as it is only bc of him that I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you Robb!

Your own signage says you’re open until 6pm. It’s 5:30 and your doors are locked. I’m relying on you maintaining your hours of operation. This is extremely frustrating.

Robb and his team here at this FedEx location are SUPER helpful, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I print construction plans pretty often and this is my go-to location.
