This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.

Worst customer service ever! The past two visits have been very disappointing. I wanted to have a 2x3 poster laminated and they said it would be $35 I went to a different copy store and had it done for $3. Next, tried to get someone to help with one of the in-store copiers but the employee had no knowledge of how to even use the copier. She told me I had to just keep doing trial and error at $.30 a copy, or come back the next day when there was someone who knew how to use the equipment. After coming back, with three employees in the store, and waiting about 10 minutes I heard the manager tell the other employee "Let her wait." So I left. I have used this copy store for the last 10 years and have always had courteous, knowledgeable employees help me with whatever I needed. Obviously this is no longer the case.

I'm not a frequent shipper-of-things, but when I found myself in a situation recently that required such services, I was glad that FedEx Print and Ship Center was there, ready to help me out. I was happily greeted by Robb. He was patient with me as I struggled to find the address and the account number related to my shipment. Although I'm sure he had plenty of other things to do, he waited while I looked it up and gave him the information needed.While he was preparing the package, he let me know about a canvas sale they had going on. I didn't realize they offered that kind of service-but I'll remember that in the future if I need something like that.
