They were so helpful both on the phone when I called to see if they had a certain piece of clothing and when I came in. It is a beautiful store, bright and airy.

The store is always clean and has a good variety of modest and trendy clothes. I also really like the jewelry they sell. There’s a comfy couch to sit on while waiting for someone to try on clothes.

I’ve been super impressed with the customer service the two times I went into this downeast home location. I LOVE what they have to offer, great quality and everything is SO CUTE! The customer service is what makes me want to go back to this location though. I’ve received help from multiple people there and all were so kind to make me feel comfortable asking all the questions and were happy to call other stores for me etc. Don’t just shop downeast home online. They have other options in their stores and the cutest decor & inspiration. You won’t regret going in.

Great clothes, helpful sales people, nice shopping environment. My only complaint is the prices can be somewhat expensive sometimes, but there are usually sales. Also the jewelry is great.

I love Downeast and their clothing. Very nice quality and styles. The one thing that I don’t like is that they don’t acct American Express. I’m not sure if it’s just this location. I hope to see that they change that soon.

I will never shop at this location again and you can directly thank Melissa for that. She refused to correct a mistake the store made, kept repeating "our policy is..." without actually listening to the issue, and told me to drive 25 minutes to another store to see if they would help. The issue was simple: apparently an item of clothing was on clearance and final sale but rang up at the full price. I noticed the next day and asked her to either return it or refund the difference between full price and the clearance. She refused saying it's against policy. Apparently it's against policy for Downeast to correct their mistakes and operate with honesty. Luckily, after driving 25 minutes wasting time and gas, Julie at the Draper store corrected it without question. I will shop at the Draper location, but no longer will shop here. Melissa needs training.
