Do not recommend. I brought my puppy here for vaccinations and was warned about potential side effects and was told to call them if I noticed anything out of the ordinary. Great! Well, our puppy did experience some side effects and I called 3-4 times with no answer and left 2 voicemails and did not receive a call back. Our puppy ended up being okay, but needless to say I finally got ahold of them a week after side effects occurred to cancel my follow up appointment. I will be taking my puppy somewhere else where I can feel confident that I'll be able to get ahold of someone if we have questions/concerns.

My dog got surgery over there about a month ago , after surgery she turned into a different dog . I brought her back over and over because she was panting , drooling , and not eating . Every time I was sent home . I asked them if the rocks in her stomach caused her more damage then what we thought and they said I would have to pay to find out . Wouldn't you think that after you do surgery on an animal for 1300 dollars you would check anyway . I asked over and over for them to figure out what was wrong with her . Instead of actually trying to figure it out I got a handful of different pills for different things . My 8 month old puppy died 2 nights ago . So much for thousands of dollars in vet bills . Maybe you guys will do better with the next dog .

I'm not one to leave reviews, but save your time with this place. The staff (front desk) is rude and unhelpful. I have had several different occurrences with this place that have rubbed me the wrong way. 1. Arrived 5 mins early for my vet appointment. (7:55 am) the front desk staff made me wait outside in 20 degree weather. You couldn't let me and my puppy inside to wait? They clearly saw me standing and did nothing. 2. No help/ interest to help whatsoever with a sick puppy. Always come off as too busy, or unwilling to help. Get it together Petcare. The actual vet isn't the problem here, his staff is.

Not impressed . They said go somewhere else if you don't like it!!! Charging me several exam fees after she had already been examined. Denied my medication for my dog because they wanted her in to collect more money. Charging me for things I had already did at there facility. Not kind or caring either . Very dissatisfied.

I recently had an emergency with my dog and it was the weekend. I'm glad this place is available for our furry kids. Staff are so kind and helpful. Thank you for being there when I needed to get my dog in.

We've brought ALL our pets here going over two years now, until today the experience has always been amazing. Whom ever the male receptionist is who couldn't answer my wife's calls or texts for an "appointment she scheduled over two weeks", that then said she couldn't be seen today because their is no record of it being scheduled, but she has the record of the call should be addressed according! Making her reschedule the appointment for next week, instead of simply correcting the issue and saying she could wait unknown amount of time to possibly be seen is absolutely sad business practices. Even understaff their is literally no excuse for this type of treatment from a receptionist who can't do their job correctly or even bring the issue up with someone else who can make a better decisions. We will be looking for another Veterinarian as soon we possibly can!

I'm not sure why I always get anxious going to the vet with my dogs, but I do! (Maybe my own hesitation when I go to the doctors office lol) But the staff here at PETCARE Animal Hospital were so so nice! They made everything so easy for us and genuinely loved my pups so well! I also have been to vets before that have made me feel like a bad pet owner or shaming me for things I maybe didn't know about. But they did the opposite! They welcomed my questions and educated me properly without any judgement and it meant so much to me! I know my pups enjoyed them as well! Ellie and Monte say thank you so much for helping them stay healthy while we are here in Utah!

This is the third time I've been here. I'm disappointed in this animal hospital. However, I have talked to the same receptionist twice and she was friendly and seemed interested in helping me. I'm a nurse practitioner. I was very disappointed the first vet did not put his hands on Seth, my puppy. The second vet did a more thorough assessment. However, I called back after that appointment since my dog was screaming in a cry and she did not return my call. The friendly receptionist did. A surgery fir my puppy was scheduled, but I will not be returning to this hospital.

These guys were great. Was my first time visit. We'd recently been ripped ($3500) at a different animal hospital and our pet (Yorkie) was still sick. We were thinking of putting her down. We took here here and they diagnosed her in 15 min without a scan or anything. Gave us meds and we were out of there in around an hour. She was better in a week. Prior she'd been sick for over a month. They also trimmed her nails while she was there. Vet noticed they were long and just did it. Was very nice. Special note: During Covid we had to wait outside. Was a little annoying we showed up on time for our apt and they said they were busy and we had to wait 45 min. Annoying but overall worth the wait. They got our little baby girl better.

This is my second visit here to bring Bob in for his anal gland expression. When I take him to the groomers at PetSmart, they tell me they've expressed them, but Bob continues to scoot on the carpets. I'm back again and this time I decided to do the grooming which includes bath, brush, nail trim and anal gland expression for $20. There's no extra charge for the nurse to perform the expression internally. Which is awesome! Keep in mind, Bob is a miniature pincher and chihuahua mix with short hair. Prices will vary on size and hair/fur length. They did such a wonderful job and took such great care of him. I live across the street from PetSmart, but the price, service, and cleanliness of this hospital makes it worth the 13 mile drive to get here. Thank you so much!

For the quality of care you receive here, 5 stars. They're quick with appointments and do a great job with the level of care they provide. A word of caution though, DO NOT BUY MEDICATION FROM THEM!!! They marked up an antibiotic 150% over several other online pet med retailers. Unfortunately I feel totally ripped off. Upon discovering this, I looked up several other medications I purchased from them in the past, and the price mark up for all of them was similar. For the level of care you receive, the cost is reasonable, but when it comes time for medications, get them elsewhere.

Love, love, love Dr. Matheson and his staff. Our baby Kona appreciates everything you guys do for us. Thank you for fitting Kona into your busy schedule today even though it was a full house. She has been a super sick pup and we trust you guys will take the best care of her. Words don't describe how truly amazing the staff at PETCARE animal hospital are. If you are looking for an amazing vet to take care of your fur baby. Look no more you will not be disappointed. Bonus Kona loves it here she gets spoiled with treats by Dr. Matheson every single time she has been seen here!

The pet hospital was great! I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in really quickly. My kitten was pretty lethargic and not eating or drinking, so I need to get him in to make sure everything was okay. They were upfront about all the costs Before they did anything. That way if I didn't want to do a certain service, I could choose not to and there were no surprises costs at the end. The vet and the technicians were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. The vet even came back to the room after he was done with the appointment to answer a few extra questions. They also followed up a few days later to make sure my kitten was improving. Luckily he didn't have anything to serious. Would definitely go back to this place.
