I’ve been with macu for awhile and definitely started losing some hope as the customer service has been terrible, and the last few times I’ve gone in a branch I left unhelped and unsatisfied, and decided to go in to this branch with low expectations but they definitely exceeded my expectations, everyone was extremely friendly and caring and I’m so sad I forgot my gals name that helped me but she was so sweet and helpful.”

“I called Becky Garver to transfer money from one credit union to GoldenWest, not knowing she had been moved to Daybreak as Branch Mgr. She offered even to drive clear to Fort Union to assist me. I wouldn't expect that, but still was amazed at her interest in accommodating customers. Then she offered to set up the CD, so I could just deposit into it when I had the check. She took care of everything, and the tellers at Fort Union had all my info. It's a pleasure to have people so willing to help, and with such good follow through!”
