Costco Tire Centers have always been 4 or 5 star great. This is about one bad experience getting the tires installed at the Sandy Tire Center. Essentially, since it wasn't crowded, they told me my car would be done in an hour, and it appeared to be done before an hour. The tires were on the car, but the car was still on the mount. I think everyone went to lunch, neglecting to finish "the paperwork".
The person at the counter was new. She knew I made an appointment 2 hours after I dropped the car off, but seemed unconcerned and answered two phone calls before giving me the keys (she could have easily asked them to hold for 20 seconds). Still, it's not as bad as putting the tires on my car and then going to lunch.

service is nonexistent and quality is very poor bad tasting chemical filled food, garbage for gold prices. A Complete & Total rip off!

The staff are so amazing. they were helpful and kind, They helped me out with a flat when other companies said, it could not be done and I had to get all new tires. Costco staff fixed it same day. truly amazing

They didn't have senecot that I desperately needed they didn't have straws for the cups at their food court. The lid was the opening for the cup like a sippy cup for a child so stupid.

Lady at the door was very rude. Google hours listed closing at 18:30. I walked in at 17:59 to warranty a battery to get to work in the morning, wouldn't let me in, and had a condescending attitude. I guess Google hours are wrong, but oh that snark I endured.

Waited for 30 minutes after checking in, only for them to tell me they will not mount my tires because they are more than 3% bigger than the door sticker and I didn’t buy them from Costco. I told them when I checked in that I didn’t buy them from Costco and they are a stock size offered from the manufacturer. It would have been nice to know before waiting that long for nothing.

I mean, it's Costco! Free samples on the weekends. Great deals on higher quality items that are vetted by the purchasing team and sold to customers at a club pricing structure. If buying bulk groceries is your thing and you need back ups, I couldn't imagine purchasing anywhere else. Sometimes they have clearance items available, keep a look out for the asterisk in the upper right corner of the pricing labels. When you're done, grab a hot dog or chicken bake on your way out the door. My kids love the fruit smoothie!

I was not impressed with this experience. I called to ask if they could put my winter tires on and was told to just come in and they would take care of it. However, when I arrived at the shop, they asked if I had purchased the tires from them. When I said no, they told me they couldn't put them on because I didn't purchase them from them. I'm not sure why they didn't ask that simple question on the phone when I called to confirm. This waste of time and lack of professionalism left me feeling very unhappy.

I just have to give a shout out to this tire center and their manager Andre. We had two flats within a month of buying 4 new tires through Costco. We had the 1st one repaired at another Costco center and were charged for the tire despite new tire warranty. When Andre realized we had been charged at the 1st time at the other location, he called us to come back into the store to get refunded for the mischarge. That is way above and beyond in my book. Awesome customer service. Thank you Andre!
